Decked Out BuildersAfter multiple interviews with porch contractors, we selected Decked Out to demolish our old deck and build our new 300+ sq ft screened porch with attached grilling deck. The end product is beyond our expectations! The workmanship was precise with daily cleanup, which we found most considerate. Communications with the owner, Glenn Stagg, as well as the on-site team, was incredibly professional, and regular. When we had an issue, Glenn personally created a solution that exceeded in delivery what the initial issue had presented as a potential problem. Subcontracting where needed, Glenn personally oversaw the project from start to finish and responded to all situations with customer- centered attention: "I just want you to be happy with your porch" was his standard response. Glenn, the owner, kept me advised of all details of the build and ensured we were satisfied throughout the build. Minor tweaks to the design were accommodated easily. Actual construction quality was exceptional - way beyond what you encounter from most contractors. His building crew always cleaned up their work site daily and ensured their work did not impact our daily routine. Stafford & Son BuildersI highly recommend Stafford and Son Builders! They built a new addition on the back of our house, as well as a new deck off to the side of the addition (with two entry points--the addition and the existing house structure). We got 3 estimates before doing our renovation. Tom gave us the most detailed proposal, and was able to walk us through each expected expense. We got the feeling Tom was the best person and company to go with, and we were right! Tom is knowledgeable, honest, and responsive. He checked in on the progress of the addition daily, and always answered his phone when I called. He was very good about asking us questions, giving us the necessary time to answer (like choosing doors/windows/floors etc), and guiding us as needed. The entire process was very smooth, organized, and was completed on time. All of the people Tom uses are great, respond quickly, and do quality work. Stafford and Son is highly, highly recommended! If you're doing any home remodeling or renovations, definitely give Tom a call!- Rob F.

Decked Out BuildersWe could not be more pleased with the process and end result of our custom designed screened-in porch built by Decked Out. We interviewed a number of builders for the project and Mr. Glenn Stagg stood out above the rest. Rather than trying to sell us on a cookie cutter design that would look like a box tied into our home, he listened to our vision and custom designed a room that blends perfectly with our home. It looks like part of the original structure of the house. From start to finish he personally managed every step of the process on a daily basis. He kept us informed on the progress and made sure he thoroughly addressed any questions or concerns we may have had. His team was prompt on the job and cleaned up fully at the end of each day. Mr. Stagg personally dealt with all material suppliers and sub-contractors so we never had to worry about anything. In one particular instance where there was a cost overrun for the unexpected cost of materials he explained the situation to us and covered the cost out of his own pocket. He explained that we had a contract for a fixed price and he would honor that contract price. The workmanship and attention to detail was meticulous. Our confidence in the project was bolstered when the city building inspector come by to do the rough-in inspection. He asked me who was doing the work and when I told him it was Decked Out he commented “I know their work, perfect as usual”. I have the greatest confidence in Mr. Stagg and his company “Decked Out”. Stafford & Son BuildersMy wife and I were completely satisfied with the conduct and execution of the entire product. Mr. Tom Stafford met with us in early January and quickly delivered a proposal for our new room. Tom met with us before, during and after construction, answering all our questions and addressed all concerns promptly. Additionally, he was on sight daily to provide project oversight and quality control. He coordinated all required city inspections and cleared all necessary architectural changes with our Glenwood Homeowners Association. Our room was completed ahead of schedule and under budget. I purposefully delayed writing this review until we had actually used the room for a while. This room is exactly what we wanted, thanks largely to Mr. Stafford's helpful suggestions and guidance during the project. My wife and I are retired and were home during building. I can say without a doubt that construction of this room is of the highest quality. The craftsmen that built our room; the carpenters, electricians, HVAC and flooring installers, plasterers, and painters were all top-notch. We have used this room in cold weather (mid 30's) and hot weather (low 90's). Our new sunroom is probably the most comfortable room in the house. We have always had a central HVAC and the performance of the Daikon Mini-split heating/cooling unit has been a pleasant revelation. It is very quiet and maintains the room at our perfect temperature. Bottom line, we love our room, highly recommend Stafford and Son Builders, and we will use them again for any future remodeling projects we may undertake. I was unable to input the cost of this project in the space provided. The final cost was $34,000 and it was money well spent for my wife and I.- Harold L.

We are writing to rave about Geoff's work. We had two projects; one was a small shower downstairs and one was a complete remodel upstairs. After seeing the shower Geoff rebuilt for us, we asked Geoff to work on the remodel. I must say in the small space to which Geoff had to work with, he did an amazing job. It went beyond our expections, in particular, the glass shower door. The tile work is beautiful so having the glass door really made it pop. As for our bigger project upstairs, the complete remodel, I think only photos can do it justice. We do want to add that Geoff was very patient with us and guided us with design ideas while being cautious not to push toward up selling. What was important to us is that Geoff addressed all our concerns; trying to minimize the impact to our house, constantly updating us, offering the 2nd job after the first job, and the high quality of his work. From the beginning to the end of the project, Geoff is always accessible. He called us, texted us and emailed us. Anyone who is looking for a contractor knows that is a rare quality. Project was done quickly once started, maybe too quick though. The ground wasn't tilled and leveled, the metal edging wasn't dug in due to ground not being tilled, edging wasn't used at the gate so gravel spills into lawn (they did leave me a piece so I can do it myself). The crew was polite and presented themselves very well. Could've been some misunderstanding of what I wanted (details) possibly. Overall fair as the edging sticks 4 inches above the ground. Had to check no to rehire, but it's not a solid no.

These guys are the best plumbers I have ever hired! We had a kitchen pipe blockage. Based on a neighbors recommendation, we called RPG. They were great to work with, arrived when scheduled, clearly explained everything, and on top of all that, they also corrected the routing of my kitchen lines so that it would be easier to clean out a blockage if it were to occur in the future. I am extremely pleased with the work they did and the pricing was extremely fair. Outstanding work and won't hesitate to hire them again for any future plumbing needs.
