    Hi, I changed my e-mail adress by entering the following:
    1) Edit profile (in upper right corner where it says “Howdy,….”).
    2) Enter profile.
    3) Edit forum profile.
    4) Deleted the old e-mail adress and entered the new e-mail adress.
    5) Update profile.

    I made the changes three weeks ago and recieved a confirmation e-mail. However, when I today tried to enter WordPress using the new e-mail + password adress, I was not successful. I could however enter WordPress using the old e-mail adress + password.
    today I have once again requested a change to the new e-mail adress.
    What is the problem? How long does a change of an e-mail adress take?

    When you go to
    https://wordpress.org/support/users/newpagecom/edit/ , does it show this message?

    There is a pending email address change to [NEW EMAIL ADDRESS]

    You should have received an email saying:

    Someone requested a change to the email address on your account.

    Please click the following link to confirm this change:

    You will need to click the link to confirm the change.
