The design process was very professional and they were able to make revisions to meet our price range. The lead designer, Danielle came up with the innovative idea to We closed on financing and everything went into lock down literally the next day in March 2020. DESIGNfirst was able to guide us through material selection via videoconference and was very flexible in sending multiple samples to our door due to the pandemic. Demo started May 10 2020 and the work was completed late July on time and within budget. Could not be happier with the project manager Gary and the construction crew that made it happen each week. They were very attentive and professional following up on minor details and able to work around some minor kitchen faucet and tub shipment delays due to the pandemic. Bath & Kitchen ExpertsI highly recommend Bath & Kitchen Experts. Paul and his team renovated our master bath on time and on budget at a competitive price. From our initial meeting and throughout the construction, Paul and his team were punctual, courteous, and compliant with our in-house COVID protocol. The demo crew did a clean and highly efficient job, covering the floors and stairs, sealing off the work area and ventilating, and were out in under three hours. Tony and Adam did fantastic craftsmanship, asked lots of detailed questions, took plenty of measurements, and took the time to explain issues that inevitably arise with any renovation project -- their expertise really put me at ease. I pay very close attention to the details and can confidently say that they were meticulous in getting everything perfect. Even when a fixture arrived a little later than expected, they came back Christmas Eve morning to put the finishing touches. Again, I highly recommend!- Noel A.

Masters Kitchen and BathChoosing Masters Kitchen and Bath for my project, was absolutely the right decision! They completely gutted my main bathroom and turned it into a beautiful, work of art. I started by brainstorming ideas with Marc and Joseph. This was my first experience with doing a complete redesign of a room, so needless to say I was excited but unsure of myself. I knew I wanted a company that would help me through every step of the project. Joseph and Marc walked me through each design step, and came up with a design I just love! They gave me ideas, and were great listeners as I discovered what appeals and is important to me. They did not hesitate to let me know if they thought I was making a mistake. They earned my well-deserved trust, which allowed this project to be a fun and exciting process, with no regrets! I cannot say enough great things about Zeljko, who did the work in my home. He is a true craftsman, who pays close attention to details, takes pride in his work, and does everything the right way! Even though we were dealing with a pandemic and an incredibly cold and snowy winter, he made it all work seamlessly. His work ethic is absolutely commendable. Zeljko is a great problem solver and I truly don’t know how he was able to accomplish all that he did in a limited area. Sasho came on site when Zeljko had a two person project and was the consummate professional as well. Sandra was a huge help in various aspects of the design, by helping me brainstorm some ideas, discovering what products might fit my need, and keeping us informed about delivery timetables. Everyone I worked with was extremely helpful, friendly and approachable. This company works extremely well as a team. Masters Kitchen and Bath goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy and the work is outstanding. I am looking forward to my next project with them! A five star experience from start to finish! We worked with Precision Stone Design to create a custom outdoor fireplace and grill. The entire team excellent in listening to our needs and helping us design the sub-structure, choose the appropriate material and work with our contractor to accommodate the special lighting requirement. The team was extremely knowledgable and helped us choose one of the new products “Porcelain” which is suitable for outdoor application and can withstand the harsh Chicago weather. They also showed us a digital layout of the fireplace and grill area which was extremely helpful for su to visualize the final look. The fireplace and outdoor grill turned out even better than we had imagined. Additionally, installation teams were professional, courteous and attentive. The teams were always available to answer our questions and see that the project is proceeding in a timely manner. Can’t say enough! The estimator, Mirek Duda, measured twice (so his guys would only have to cut once), and the installers arrived on time. They were very professional, taking great pains to make my countertops looked perfect. I had asked for the piece cut out for the sink to use as a cutting board, and the guys at New Stone Design agreed. Unfortunately, they forgot the cutting board, and were short one small backsplash piece (of less than 1 sq. ft.). They agreed to return in "a day or two," but I had to wait more than two weeks and four or five follow-up calls for that to occur. Mirek eventually had a new installer bring the cutting board and the backsplash. He arrived exactly as agreed, so all was forgiven. I am very pleased with my new Quartz countertops. The price was right, and the quality is top notch. I would recommend New Stone Design to all in need of new countertops.

Project went very well. Maurizio and his team installed new quartz countertops in a big kitchen and installed tin backsplash. Included in the job was putting quartz on a breakfast bar attached to the main countertop. On the first day of the job, Maurizio took apart the breakfast bar and realized that the underlying structure was too weak to support the quartz countertop. He devised a way to build up the breakfast bar by adding supports to the adjoining wall and slightly modifying the width of the quartz piece that was to be placed on the breakfast bar. Despite the additional work, Maurizio and team finished the project in 3 days as originally planned. Maurizio was very communicative throughout the project - he and his team were polite, professional, and cleaned up well when everything was completed. I am very happy with the outcome and would use Avanti Stone for future work.

We had an amazing experience with Karol and his team. Karol was super responsive, and his team was respectful and punctual. They hit some unexpected issues during installation, but handled them quickly and with zero collateral damage. They also met our incredibly tight timeline. Karol was significantly less expensive than the other quotes. While it seems too good to be true, they were better than we even hoped.
