The CYC team provided/delivered comprehensive communication via meetings, emails/texts and prompt return phone calls for review, regarded feedback, and CYC recommendations which makes all the difference. As a result, design refinement, timely execution of simultaneous projects, budget concerns, skilled and knowledgeable performance, personal plant selection honored and secured, and emotional connection to the space with respect to the environment made for an enjoyable work experience. This is extremely important when considering a landscape company - which is why we choose CYC landscaping. Mark also assisted us during the HOA approval process by knocking it out in only two submissions. Our project was large in scale encompassing many technical and logistical challenges (BBQ Ramada, Putting Greens, Irrigation, Lighting, Pavers, Pool Travertine, Rock Walls, and Fire Elements). CYC is a full-service landscape company that completed every project and wish with excellence and distinction. We honestly could not have imagined how much enjoyment (relaxing and fun elements), and appreciation of a truly transformed oasis would bring to our family and friends. When issues came up, Ryan addressed them quickly...He always answered his phone or my texts in a reasonable time frame. When things weren't to my liking or inconsistent with what I expected, Ryan would address my concerns...PLUS, Ryan didn't hold his hand out for money and try to nickle-and-dime me for every change - Ryan was VERY FAIR and REASONABLE. The quality of work was excellent as well...I must admit that I had concerns prior to entering into a contract since I was expecting to spend more than $100,000. Now that work has been completed, I am extremely satisfied with everything.     Signed project in July. There was a delay to acquire materials of 6-10 weeks which was acceptable. Received a date of from them by text of september 13th and 14th (equipment delivered the week prior). No call no show. Wife tried reaching out numerous times unsuccessfully until the afternoon of the 14th. They said they would be working on our project the 15th 16th and all day the 17th. No call no show again on the 15th and 16th. Reached out to the owner whom couldn't take my call. Was in touch with the GM whom pawned me off onto someone who said they'd be on-site in 2 hours at 11am. No call no show again. Called back at 230pm and spoke to a 3rd different person that day to ask them to remove equipment and cancel the job. Many people from other recent reviews I've read had the same frustration but were too far along to back out. It seems that's what they count on. Within 30 minutes of canceling I had workers removing the turf. We worked hard removing our irrigation system and stripping and staining our pergola so we weren't causing delays, a result like this is frustrating. I can accept and work with delays. The inability to treat me like a person and contact me and not just a project with $'s is unacceptable. No once did anyone at artificial grass masters reach out to me without us contacting them first once the equipment was on site read less
