When a tenant would notify me of a problem with the dwelling, I was relieved to be able to call Randy Stafford of LRoftheC. He and his company would assess the problem and then either remedy it themselves or coordinate the remedy with a local provider of services required (eg HVAC, major plumbing). All work was done promptly, efficiently, and correctly at a reasonable cost. I have the upmost confidence that any home related issue can be honestly and accurately assessed and addressed by LRoftheC . I would whole heartedly recommend them with out any reservation. TM Projects WncTomas from TM Projects WNC did a great job all-around on an assortment of badly needed fixes. These included installing flashing around a leaky chimney (leaking stopped), installation of a new ceiling fan (ruined by leak), removal of an old and very heavy window AC unit that was no longer needed, and a complete rehab of a deck that needed some replacement of joists and planks and a thorough pressure-washing and staining. All of this was done with courtesy, professionalism and very fair pricing. Tomas works very hard, is thorough and meticulous in his work, and everything went smoothly. He seems to have expertise in almost every category of home repair and construction. He is timely, responsive, and follows-through on all aspects of communication and timing. UPDATE: Mr. Dreeland did contact me today to apologize for failing to provide me with an estimate which was an oversight on their part. He did give me the estimate today over the phone and followed thru with the information requested. ** Mr Dreeland came out at the appointed date and time to review the items needing completion on Saturday, May 1st. He seemed anxious to begin and stated he could start the following Thursday (May 6th) or Tuesday (May 11th) of the following week. On May 5th I missed his call and when I called him 1/2 hour later he stated he was unable to locate the wood to replace the fascia and we would have to wait until the economy changes. At that point, I stated I didn't want to paint the house without changing out the wood. He stated he understood and that he was working on the quote but was 'done for the day' (ie: off work) and would get back to me. If he did not wish to be interrupted because he was 'off work', then he should not have answered his phone. Needless to say I never heard anymore and never received a quote. Very disappointed.

He conducted himself in a very high quality way and represented gis business well. He made sure I was completely satisfied with his work before leaving and asked if I needed him to change anything or do anything else before packing up for the day. Reasons we DO NOT recommend this company: -Did not do everything in contract. Contract said to replace flashing around chimney- DID NOT DO. -Charged for services not performed. -Roofers were drinking on the job. Found proof in our back yard after they left. -Had to call them back to "repair" what they had just "finished". We got up on the roof after they left for the day. They said they were done. My husband found 14 things that weren't done right. Took pictures of them all. Including, but not limited to, roofing nails not all the way in, roofing boots not sealed correctly, drip edge damaged, and flashing not replaced around chimney. Shotty work. The joints in the fascia in the front of the house do not meet. There is a significant gap that was stuffed with caulk. When I mentioned the eyesore, he stuffed it with MORE caulk instead of fixing it right. -No pride in work, they just tried to get it done, and get out. -The owners of the company seemed like they didn't really know their workers. Almost like they hired someone off the street for the day. -Did NOT honor refund on services not performed. It has been almost two months and we still haven't gotten our refund. They have been given PLENTY of time. - Used Googled images in their quotes, not their own work.
