Cleveland Sod Installation Companies

We were looking for a company to cut grass, mulch three beds, plant a boxwood, and sod the front lawn and tree lawn. We had to get the work done quickly, and we were having a hard time getting estimates as a result. Dan was very responsive and professional, getting back to us quickly. His estimate was very reasonable, and he and his team performed all the work within our tight time-frame. They also trimmed our bushes and blew the driveway clear with a leaf blower. The work was done carefully and very well. He and his team are kind and very considerate. Plus Dan was extremely easy to get in touch with. He texted me updates, and he was patient with all of my questions (either in person or by text). We just hired him again for another project.

Jesse came out for an estimate, did a thorough measuring of the area in question, called us with a verbal estimate the following day and followed that up with a written estimate in the mail. We elected to alter the area we wanted to have done and he came back and re-measured in the pouring rain. The work he performed was excellent keeping in mind to slope the area appropriately. This was a key issue in our yard. He left some extra sod for us to use as touch up and also put some extra sod down in an area that he had not figured into his estimate, which turned out to be great.

Fantastic. I originally contacted One Step Beyond to install sod in the front yard. They did such a wonderful job, I've had them here all summer long doing other projects on a very overgrown property. removing overgrowth and debris, planting more grass and some privacy shrubs. They really do go a step beyond. Everyone is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I can not thank them enough for all their hard work and attention to detail. I will be using them for many more project

They did a great job with the irrigation system installation. The crew was very professional and efficient. We had some issues with the sod installation but Mr. Brunner was great - he had no problem replacing the sod that did not take. TWICE in some spots and in the end the yard looks perfect now. I'm using them for my lawn applications going forward.

Gary is an amazing professional in his field. He is punctual, kind, trustworthy, clean, and very knowledgeable. I have hired Gary for all the things I needed in my yard this year and last. We have done many new changes that I would not had attempted without his help. His strength is doing exactly what he states he will do. He has excelled in perfectly cut grass and edging where others could not compare. He takes his time and makes sure that it is done right the first time. He works very hard and my lawn shows his efforts did not go to waste. I have always loathed yard work and I am so glad that I don't have to do one thing anymore. Gary recommends cost effective solutions to your problems that really make my yard look its best. He has recently been hired for re-seeding my lawn this spring. My lawn is now full and beautiful and without nasty crabgrass/weeds. I am so proud to show friends and family my new landscaping and gorgeous yard. He is reliable and will make sure to go the distance to do the right thing for his clients. I have also used Clearview for snow removal and was very pleased. He makes sure to get in the "hard to plow" areas with ease. His expertise is evident when you watch him do it. I cannot be more fair by saying Gary is the best landscaper I have ever met. Dan knows his stuff! I was impressed with how much attention he and his crew paid to detail, including clean-up that left no sign of what was a dirty job. After spraying to kill the existing lawn, they came in and removed the old sod, graded, and put fertilizer down before laying the new sod, and even set up my sprinklers for me. The scope of the project expanded and he had no problem accomodating me, even though it added considerably to what needed to be done. The price he charged was extremely reasonable for both the original and the additional work: weeding and mulching beds and planting an additional tree, which I asked him to do based on how well he had done the sod install. I would use him again with no hesitation and highly recommend his work.
