Recent Review: They came out pretty quickly. I have not seen new leaks in terms of the roofing job. I have only had one problem with the siding repair, so I had to call them, and they responded pretty quickly. I have to call them again for something that isn’t quite right. The total cost was about $2000, and it was about $400 for the roof repair. I would use them again in the future if necessary.

Recent Review: Mike was extremely responsive. Within an hour of leaving a message, I received a call back and an estimate before the end of the day. Repairmen were out the next morning to perform repairs. Siding looks great.

Recent Review: A-1 Superior Home Improvement, Travis Workman. We highly recommend this business. All work we required was completed. Our sister’s metal roof was painted ensuring a number of years of use without problems. Our gutters were cleaned and most important out siding was replaced that was damaged by a tree a number of years ago. We had sought out other service providers to repair the siding, but no one ever followed up. Most house siding is 4” but ours is 4 ½”, harder to find. Travis and his wife made calls and search to find siding that would work on our house. While it took a little time, they did not give up. After a number of years of tattered siding, thanks to their efforts, our house siding is renewed.

Business Description: American Roofing, Inc. is a "full service" roofing company performing everything from a new roof installations, restoration and maintenance to re-roofs and repairs.

Recent Review: Brad sent his team to initially power wash the house and detached garage. A week later, after it had all dried, a six man crew, led by Shawn, scraped, filled cracks and holes, and made minor repairs. Painting was done on the second day and the final trim and gutter work was done on the third day. The crew was professional, neat, courteous, punctual and very easy to work with. These six guys worked together as a team and despite the oppressive late summer heat and humidity, truly seemed to enjoy their work no matter how difficult. At the end, Shawn took my wife and I around the house to inspect, and any little thing out of place was immediately touched up. Both the house and the old garage had never looked better in their 140 years. Brad stopped by daily to ensure that everything was being done correctly and to chat about the progress of the job. All in all, it was the best experience we had ever had with folks working on the old house.

Recent Review: Excellent and thorough job on the roof. Extremely responsive and attentive to details. Made us feel very comfortable. Had a person on site at all times to answer questions throughout the process. I would recommend this company. I think they subcontracted to someone else for gutters and the siding repair. That is where the punctuality and overall rating dropped to a B. Clean up was OK. Still finding gutter nails around. Had to have someone come out long after job to do another sweep (but... they did come out and do a sweep with few questions asked). The work the gutter crew and siding crew was good - just plagued with delays in communication which wasn't a problem for roofing part of job.

Abe also took my budget into consideration when recommending service work, but always made sure that the work done was completed properly, and passable for inspection.
