The company was excellent, because my chimney was leaking they fit me into their already schedule, and worked around it. They are about an hour away and they went above and beyond to accommodate me and my schedule. They explained the exact problem and the exact remedy. They took pictures of the job to explain everything they were going to do and everything they actually did. Their workers were polite, professional, and knowledgeable. Pet Playgrounds installed a 6 foot fence in our backyard to create a safe play area for our dogs. The work was done quickly, the price was reasonable, and the fence has held up well to all kinds of weather. It is by far the best fence we have ever had, and I feel better knowing that when the dogs go outside, they are safe and secure.

Northeast Ohio Fence & Deck, IncWe had originally gotten a quote with Ron back in the end of June and signed our contract in July. We were told it would be 6-8 weeks which I’m was fine because we weren’t in a rush. Then everything got messed up with COVID and it ended up being a little longer due to the wood shortage. The only negative I have about that is the lack of communication letting us know it would be pushed back. I had to call multiple times to get an answer. Again, it wasn’t a problem but I appreciate when people just communicate with me about progress or setbacks. Last week, November 3 they sent out a crew of young men to set the posts and remove the old fencing. While the posts they set were great and I had no issues with that, they left a ton of posts still in the ground and a mess on our side yard. They left rolled up fencing and metal poles along with tons of the little spirals of fencing all around our yard. We had the salesmen back out to verify that they would be removing the stumps of the old fence they left as it didn’t seem like they should have left them. He agreed that they would be removed and he was not happy with their cleanup either. We had the final fence install yesterday, November 10 and I am beyond thrilled with their work. They were amazing! This crew was so easy to work with and they really did an excellent job. Buddy walked me around our property and made sure I knew what would be taken care of. Nick and Joe were also awesome! They had to deal with a hard neighbor and handled it very well and professional. It was such a different experience with these three gentleman than we had last week with the other crew. They cleaned up all their mess and ended up fixing the mistakes of the last crew too. You can tell that they treated my property like it was their own. We are so thrilled with how great our fence looks and I would recommend them in a heartbeat! Thank you Buddy, Nick and Joe! You are 5 stars in my book!- Brian B.

He was the only one to come up with a great idea on how to avoid needing multiple permits and by doing this, also made the fence look a million times better. Bob was great to work with and had many ideas that I (and other companies) didn’t think of. The fence was installed weeks before the original estimate and looks great. There were a few minor issues with the fence after installation but they were taken care of quickly and professionally. The head crew fellow named Josh, had three fellows with him and they worked all day. They came first to put in all of the posts, and a week later they came to hang the fence. They were efficient. They cleaned up. They talked to us throughout the day about what was being done. We couldn't be happier with it. The price was reasonable. We did play phone tag. We had a little problem with the city for the permit. Because it was near the holidays, it was hard to get the job going. They could've been a little more effective with that. It wasn't their problem, but a city problem. They would call before they were coming, and show up on time.- Sharon K.
