Bella Brothers Construction IncThe experience started with meeting at our house where we discussed our needs and expectations for a completed carport to garage conversion. Our needs and expectations were listened to and in the end, we have a new garage that appears as though was original to the house. That was our main goal and it was met. We live in a county where permits are not an easy feat, especially with new structures/additions. Prior to calling Bella Brothers, we had hit a wall with several other companies that couldn’t get the proper permits. After being referred to Bella Brothers, Tom and his team were able to process all the proper paperwork, architectural drawings, phone calls and meetings with our county. After some serious behind the scenes work was put in, only then could the real work begin as permits were granted. They started the job during the time frame they had estimated. The men who showed up were courteous and professional. They kept the job site clean while working and after. We were excited every day to see the progress that quickly was unfolding. The job was finished in less time then they had estimated and we were thrilled. We used Santos n Sons to run power outdoors to our pool and storage shed. They showed up on time and finished the job when they said they would. Super friendly service.They did an excellent job, cleaned up the job sites when they left, and even followed up after to make sure we were satisfied with the work. I plan on using them again to run power for a large gazebo we're building and would recommend them for any job.

Excellent work. John was the consummate professional and his work was excellent and had an eye for detail. He always made sure things were done with right way. Work included installing a box for a ceiling fan, installing a light in a downstairs closet and running new wire to the new fixture, installing a light in an upstairs closet and running new wire to that fixture, and remediating an issue with basement pipes. He was very responsive and always gave good suggestions and advice.

Every phase of the project went smoothly and professioally. . FSBD provided a 3-D rendering of the project and then once we agreed upon size and color, they handles all the parperwork with both our HOA and the county. Contruction went without a hitch and at the end of every day, the crew cleaned up the worksite and made certain we knew was was planed for the new day. Upon completion, there was an issue with 2 of the boards not matching the exact color of the others. FSBD immediately contacted Timbertech and arranged for 2 new boards to be shipped which they installed the day after the replacements arrived. We also contracted for a front step handrail which matches our house perfectly and provides added safety to our home. Since then many of our neighbors have stopped by to see the deck and have also chosen FSBD to build decks for them. All have said the projects are going as planned and they all are equally satisfied with FSBD
