We were removing our roof ourselves to save money and used AVI for the dumpster. They dropped it in the driveway early on Friday morning. We had to sign something ahead of time saying they wouldn't be liable for driveway damage. This did not bother us as we need a new driveway anyway. It made it much easier to just throw stuff off the roof. Since we didn't need it the entire week we asked that they come and pick it up first thing Monday morning before the roofers would come. They were prompt in their pickup and we were pleased with the price. We ended up saving a lot of money versus having the roofers remove it.

STOP PLEASE READ! Do NOT use this company. Save yourself the headaches. Go to see all the negative Yelp reviews. I hired this company to deliver a 1 week rental not only did they show up late on day 1 but also came an entire day too early to try and pick the dumpster up before I was even done using it. After doing everything I could to not let the driver leave with the dumpster rental I started getting threatened by a man named Muhammed who says he's the man in charge. My problem got even worse when I decided to yelp my situation as it happened meaning while I still had possession of the dumpster. Like how Muhammed threatened to charge me more for keeping the dumpster, and also threatened me that if I put any stop payment that he would have his driver dump all the garbage in front of my home. He also stated that they had dropped off a bigger dumpster then the size I had originally ordered and that he was going to charge me the difference in cost if I filled the dumpster up. So naturally I yelped everything exactly as it happened with pictures, video and audio to back it all up. So the final thing was his last threat that he is not going to pick up the dumpster until all my reviews are removed. Well Muhammed that isn't going to happen. After reading that he had blackmailed a bunch of other customers and pretty much backed them into corners the same way I decided I am not going to back down. So I have audio of him threatening to leave this huge dilapidated dumpster in front of my home until I remove my reviews. Its now been 1 week and the dumpster is still in front of my home. I've called the city, the police, parking enforcement, my local councilman, the BBB, and channels 7 & 5 to try and stop this from continuing to happen to others. So far no luck so take this as a warning and save yourselves the migraines. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. BEWARE!!!

Michael and his team are GREAT. They are courteous, professional, on time and cost effective. They have my praise and if I ever need a dumpster again they have my business. I have to add that based upon my first experience I called for a 6-ft trailer a few weeks after this. That was a mistake. They did not talk about when they would pick it up ( as they had with the first) and as a consequent, it spent one week and 2 days sitting (full) before they called to pick it up. Thus resulted in an additional charge. When I explained that I assumed that they would have picked it up at the end of the first week I received no response form them. I asked for a refund on the unused time but have received no response. One would think that common courtesy and good customer service would allow for a refund under conditions of misunderstanding and confusion, but not here. These guys are good, no question about that. But if you use them, make sure that you do not give them any way to take advantage of you. Because they will. Make sure to call them to pick it up before your week rental is over, or they well charge you for additional time, and that is not cheep. I will not use them again.

Delivered with 24 hours (on Friday afternoon for a Saturday appointment.) Picked up after three full days on Tuesday at about 8 in the morning. I swear I filled the 15 cubic yard dumpster at least 75% full, but never saw a charge in addition to the original $210. When I called the first time, I didn't really know what I needed. I changed my order once or twice and they were great about accommodating the changes.

First dumpster scheduling, delivery and pickup went fine. Second dumpster was delivered on time but we had to wait nearly two days to get it picked up. Then the owner, Rick complained that it was too full and required us to empty out some of the contents. In our ensuing conversations, Rick was nasty and did use some inappropriate language in conveying his thoughts. Rick was also dropping off the third container and I allowed it to be dropped off so that my contractors could begin using it for the stuff that had accumulated during the undependable wait that had occurred. When the third container was full, it again took over 2 days to get it picked up. When Rick came to pick up the third container, I pointed out to him a competitor's container in my yard to have him understand that his actions had cost him some ongoing business. I am now awaiting the promised CDDD certificate which I'm sure will never come. Rick's cell phone message queue is full so I can't leave a message.

I was unhappy with the service. I ended up filling the service halfway through. I'm still waiting to get my credit back for it. They were really late with the delivery of the containers; we were on the deadline and so that didn't work for us. We tried to make it clear to them the date and time that we asked for it but they weren't able to deliver. I wasn't there for the actual pick-up or drop-off; I was getting feedback from my contractors on sight and knowing that they were late and the inconvenience. I would avoid them.

The dumpster people were late on delivery. Would not answer the phone when their were issues on the lateness. So late the bin was not usable on the day it was dropped off, 11am to 12pm drop off turned into a 4.45 delivery. My husband had taken the day off work to load the dumpster that day. Then less than a week later although if you look at the days it appears to be a week, he came round and collected the dumpster after 9am on the hope that nobody was home. The driver was a decent fella caught between an irate customer and a boss who apparently was only able to text his employees because after 15+ phone calls to both the number of the truck and the one on their receipt and 3+ messages no response was given to me. In the end I left a message that I will be discussing this with my credit card company in the hopes to get a response. Nothing... Unfortunately the box is only 3/4 full and we still had some stuff to put in. Very very disappointed with this service or lack there of.
