Rowles Land Surveying, PLLCI can't begin to tell you how pleased I was with the professionalism that this young man puts into his work. He called me back promptly, was able to fit me into a reasonable time frame, called me when he had a cancellation, showed up on time, and did a fantastic job. Boundaries were clearly marked and will be easy for the fencers to follow. Property was 1 1/2 acres through a pasture and through woods. I would recommend him to others in a heartbeat. I had called 2 other surveyors (including the one who did the subdvision originally and no one even called me back in a 3 week period of time.) There still are people who take pride in their work with Rowles Land Surveying!!- Dana B M.

Kale EngineeringI can't say enough about my satisfaction with Kale Engineering. I called on a Tuesday, and the survey crew was standing in my driveway on Thursday morning. Yes, 2 days later! There was a slight scheduling conflict, but Randall worked everything out. As a matter of fact, Randall went above and beyond to make sure his guys could do the survey on Thursday. The survey itself was an all day long event. The crew uncovered some of the original markers, and replaced completely missing markers. Also, at my request wooden stakes were put along the boundaries. My land is being timbered, so my concern was that the logging company would miss the property lines. With all the wooden stakes in place, and ribbon on some of the tree branches, its clearly obvious where my property extends to. I wouldn't hesitate to use Kale Engineering again.- Michele G.

We only had telephone conversations, but from quote to actual job - He was nothing but nice. He not only kept my information and quote from when I initially called, but he provided an email and letterhead invoice and drawing of our property once the work was complete. Absolutely awful. After showing up with samples, both of the contacts I had for this company simply ignored me...no returned calls for over a week and some line on nonsense about weather affecting their phones when they finally did return my fifth telephone message. This was the second contractor I had to fire in a week...starting to wonder what it actually takes to get on Angie's list; apparently not much.

I contacted Rowles Land Surveying with a request to confirm the property boundary behind our house. I was trying to determine if a downed tree belonged to us or to the neighbor. Matt responded to my message very promptly and we scheduled the appointment for two days later. He showed up on time, completed the work, and charged us a reasonable fee. Matt was friendly and professional, and the work was exactly what we needed.
