Tuckaseegee Land SurveyingMike answered the phone my primary inquiry very promptly. Additionally all further communications were answered with equal promptness and efficiency. I was extremely satisfied with the quality and efficiency of their work. Their communication skills were greatly appreciated as well. After completing the land survey quickly we had to call them to survey new lines as parties changes the dimensions of the property to be transferred. They came out the next day, reviewed the changed lines and recommended the best way to proceed and recorded the documents the very next day. GREAT JOB. Mr Clay did a fantastic job at my new rental home with much needed trim work and refresh of mulch and rock trimmed areas. He was on time, polite, well spoken, courteous, and professional. He conducted himself in a very high quality way and represented gis business well. He made sure I was completely satisfied with his work before leaving and asked if I needed him to change anything or do anything else before packing up for the day. He did so well, I will have him come back to work on a fencing project I need done next month! Thanks Mr Clay!!

Recent Review:
We have 16 acres of beautiful and hilly property that was a mix of fine hardwood trees, plus maple, white pine, dogwood, etc. of all different ages. It also was overrun with Virginia pine, unbelievable vines, wild roses, privet, poison ivy and all the rest. Carrie and her crew did a first class job maneuvering around the trees we wanted to save, and clearing out the rest. The truth is I couldn’t recommend them highly enough – good people, good workers, and good service !

Recent Review:
Darius responded quickly to my initial phone inquiry. Once we agreed on price he went to work researching our property records on file with Haywood County. While BRLS is very busy this time of year, Darius was able to start the actual physical survey within three weeks. He called and confirmed when he would arrive and reviewed the records he had obtained from the County. He then went to work locating pins and land marks. Our property is very mountainous and heavily wooded. Surveying the perimiter is no easy task--It is both physically challenging and an irregular shape. Darius met with our neighbors and obtained their permission for him and his crew to use access points on their property. When the survey was complete, Darius drove back out to meet with us and interpret the survey for us showing us where our property lines run along the ridges and thru the woods.
Overall, a very professional and detailed survey job. We can highly recommend Darius and Blue Ridge Land Surveying,inc.
