Total experience was great from quoting to install. Good price and sales rep was very nice and went out of his way with no hour long exhausting sales pitch. Install happened of our sliding patio doors at exactly 8 weeks which was on the low end range they provided. Steve was on site for install right at 7am like promised. He and his son did a nice job and were in and out in under 2-1/2 hours. Even cleaned up the floor. We couldn’t be more happy.

Ray is terrific to work with, will make any adjustments you ask for with a smile. Friendly and respectful crew. As with any job, the quality goes up when you know exactly what you want and need and can communicate it. Most importantly, Ray tries very hard to save you money! I had to keep telling him to spend more, and after job was finished he went to the trouble of returning unused materials to Bliffert, returning almost $400 to me!
