THEY WORKED VERY HARD AND FAST. THEY REMOVED ALL CARPETING AND TILE. THEN THEY HAULED AWAY THE GARBAGE AND CUT THE TILE ON A ANGLE. THEY CUT BY CLOSET AND DOOR AND SEALED THE TILE WHEN FINISHED.

Each craftsman that was sent to the house was knowledgeable, polite and completed their task as promised. The maple floors are beautiful and all painting meticulous. The tile was a little tricky as we replaced the trim tiles only. This meant the tiles needed to be carefully removed to avoid breaking the remaining tile. Before re-grouting, he took the extra care needed to remove and prep the existing grout. We are more than pleased with their work and would use them again.

Guillermo's prices were competitive with other tile setters we interviewed. We are happy we chose him over some other tile setters because Guillermo was very professional and detail-oriented. Moreover, he was friendly and fun to have in the house. He was punctual, responsive and honest. He worked well with our electrician to install radiant floor heat and he tiled over it. He carefully considered all aspects of the project and consulted us when design choices were necessary, so that everyone would be happy with the outcome. The bathroom looks great! We also got a discount on our tile purchase from Import Tile because he is a preferred tile-setter there.

STEVE AT WESTERN TILE WAS GREAT. HE ARRIVED ON TIME and INSTALLED THE TILES AS REQUESTED. HE WAS VERY INFORMATIVE and TOOK PRIDE IN HIS WORK. THE TILES ARE BEAUTIFUL.

Needed both bathrooms tiled fast (with a one week lead) and with precision. Roma Tile responded quickly. Installed very solid subfloor. Installed tile very very accurately. I specified that the tiles be centered on the doorway and the sink (at a right angle to the door), instead of simply aligned against a wall. In second bath, I specified that the tiles be centered relative to the shower pan (again instead of a wall). Roma Tile delivered. The tiles were installed dead on. Perfectly level. Perfectly aligned. (I measured.) They did an excellent, precise job. Perhaps a bit expensive (but not sure considering that everything is expensive here), but excellent. Also excellent service. When I first contacted them, Rolando Negrini himself drove with my wife and I over to Tile Fantastic. He personally discussed the different tile options. His son, Dino Negrini supervised the tile job and finished by sealing the grout himself. This is a family business. Highly recommended.

Monteiro Tile gave A+ service. I received a quick and fair quote. I am picky and am very pleased with the tile work. Installers were professional and clean. Would definitely recommend.

He secured the sub floor and laid the tiles and it was a diagonal lay so it was a bit complex, and it also had the accent tiles that had to be positioned. The accent tiles had to be positioned at the junction of 4 other tiles. The work was gorgeous. It was top rated stuff. The price was high end in the estimates that we got, but the quality was superb. If we were to do other tile work he will be the first person we would call. He was quick and very responsive. He made sure that he cleaned himself after the job leaving it spotless. He did the job in a lesser time than we had expected.

We were very pleased with the quality of the work. The workmanship of the original shower enclosure tile installation was poor with many gaps in the grout. Tile and Grout King made the shower enclosure tile look better than when it was new. In the five months since it was installed there as been virtually no mildew. The grout around the floor tile was dirty. We figured it needed a deep cleaning or replacement. Tile and Grout King painted a stain/sealer over the grout and we are very pleased with the result.

We needed to remodel 2 bathrooms in our home. The master-bath included removal of a bathtub, enlarging the shower and tiling, new flooring, toilet and new granite counter tops, glass door. The hall bath included replacing tub, toilet and tiling above tub, new tile flooring and counter top. They did a great job and kept us in the loop all the time. The crew they used were great and clean. Very trustworthy. Excellent at keeping the dust controlled.

Paule, Marty and Paolo in the tile dept and Gary and Dave in the flooring were all very helpful. We had one or two glitches with the wrong color tile being delivered a few months ago, but they got everything sorted out ASAP. We love the tile we bought from them and had installed and are looking forward to having the carpet installed on some stairs that lead to our garage. Paule always has great suggestions and will help try to expedite shipping if she can, and can help you identify tile that they have in stock all the time which makes it super easy to get additional tile if you need it. Marty and Paule also recommended a tile installer, George, who did a superb job on a kitchen backsplash for us.

Went to showroom to match existing specialty tile. Salesman was very knowledgeable and matched "Exactly" my tile. He followed up several times and I had my items in less than 10 days.

The owner was helpful in picking out decorative tile. He did not mark up the price on the tile from the tile store. His original bid underestimated the cost of the decorative tile, so the original bid was $2000 under what we eventually were billed for, which was a surprise to us. What was frustrating for me was that the owner didn't come and look at his guys' work very often, leaving us to find any work that needed to be redone. There were 2 wall locations where tile wasn't applied using a level, so the tile wasn't horizontal, and we insisted on those areas being torn out and redone. There was another area where the tile installation needed to be redone. S and S Tile did redo anything we requested, but we think we should not have had to perform 'quality control' on their work. Ultimately, all of our tile looks good, but had we not asked to have some work redone, part of it would not be horizontal. The owner also said we would do a final walk through, which never happened.

My contractor recommended Fantastic Tile, but we were disappointed with their selection and customer service. We also visited a number of other vendors along Brokaw Road, but none had a large selection of quality tile. My neighbor recommended I visit Bullnose Tile. I'm glad I took her advice. They let us take a box of samples home. Most stores only let you take one lousy piece- what the heck are you suppose to do with that ?? I won't go anywhere else for tile. I wish more companies were like Bullnose.

The tile in the shower was done well, but the tile on the floor was not. The tile was uneven, grout missing and they put in the wrong drain cover. So, they came back and fixed it. The etched window in the shower that was caulked had mold growing under it. They came back and re-caulked it. The thermostat for the floor was not installed on it's own dedicated circuit, so an electrician has to come and fixed it.

We were referred to Mike by another contractor. Mike provided references and we were able to see the quality of his work before we hired him. Before starting on our project he gave as valuable advice about finer points in our design and material choices. He pointed out which of our decisions, if left unchanged, could lead to problems later on. We used long (48") Porcelanosa tiles for bathroom floor and 39" tiles for walls. We also wanted round penny tiles placed between some wall tiles and inside shower niche. Mike completed this complicated job perfectly. The floor is even, all grout lines are of equal width, each tile lined up perfectly. We are very happy with the work. We never had to point out any mistakes or ask for corrections. And he didn't require any supervision from us. Mike was always on time. He has very professional attitude and you can tell that is cares about work that he does. I think you won't find many contractors who are so professional, knowledgeable, personable and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend Mike for any tile work.

Jon arrived as scheduled and removed the old tile which had been there for 30 years. He was unhurried and methodical and constantly kept us abreast of the work and explained available options. He was interested in the artistic effect and design. He returned each day as promised and finished the job on schedule. The entry way is now very beautiful.

TJ did a huge tile job for us, took 5 days for his crew of 3 to complete. These guys showed up on time, and worked hard all day with barely a break for lunch. TJ is a true craftsman, he made sure that the tiles lined up in a way that made sense and minimized skinny and odd little cut pieces - so the result is really professional. It's a large space and when you look across it, all the tiles are level and even. Feels good on bare feet, easy to clean and beautiful. TJ's rates are reasonable and he is on good terms with several tile stores that give his clients really good prices on tile.

Nara Tile were great. They had a great attitude, great customer service, and they deliver. They were terrific. Their price was very reasonable. We will definitely use them again in the future.

Beautiful work. Jan Denney is pleasant---even bubbly---and professional. She went into her business because she was dissatisfied with tile work that had been done on her house. She followed our projects through and, working with the project manager, Dave Herry, her crew installed beautiful tile work in all three of our bathrooms. She stayed on-project and completed work essentially on time (there was a brief hold-up due to material unavailability). She also gave us good advice about the visual impacts of large and small tiles (big tiles make small spaces look bigger) and about product durability, labor requirements, and other details. We had a fairly simple job we wanted to do, with no bells or whistles. She listened and managed an excellent outcome for the tiling part of the project.
