Interior Trends Remodel & Design LLCAfter meeting with Kathy Nieto, we really hit it off. She offered ideas, adopted our ideas, and is great to work with. It was a real collaborative effort. When minor issues came up during the project, they were listened to and corrected. The team is incredibly responsive. In terms of budget, we did not want contractor grade, we wanted solid high/mid-range specifications. We made significant changes to our budget, primarily due to changes that we requested as we went, but even with adjustments along the way, we felt it was worth it. You get what you pay for! Nick and the field staff were fabulous. Their craftsmanship shows, they really pay attention to detail and have a great deal of pride in their work. The results exceeded our expectations! They listened extremely well and couldn’t be more helpful and so easy to work with. Complete FlooringThey responded with in a few hours, and did a great job. My problem was I needed it done that day, and they accommodated me. I had hired {company information redacted} in Green Valley, but he not only didn't show up at 8 am the agreed time I called several times. He would not even return repeated calls. Once you suggested Complete Flooring I called and they responded. Price was a little high, but they were there and for that I thank them.- John C.

Arizona Flooring ServicesBill Nolen did a fantastic job installing floor tile throughout our house and tile in the kitchen in our house. The cement floors we had were in terrible condition and not level at all. Bill took a great deal of effort to make sure they were level and all the corners lined up on our tile. Express Flooring*Military BEWARE* I had an in home consultation Tuesday, 27-July-2021. My experience with the independent design consultant, Wesley Sorce-Zirnheld was more than unfavorable. Things started out good until I mentioned the quotes I have gotten from other estimates. The prices that I mentioned was not an indication of not wanting their service or not being about to afford the service. I brought up the prices to weigh out the competition and what they offered me. He turned very reluctant and defensive and from that point on was rude. It became a very awkward situation that Wesley put me in. He finally grabbed the samples that I had to ask for multiple times, and it was unneeded pressure as he wanted me to pick and choose right there. I’ve done many business transactions and this is by far the worst. It became uncomfortable as he didn’t want to finish the estimate out and indicated that the offer ends when he leaves… The rudeness didn’t stop there. When I briefly asked about the finance options just to see what was available, he made unnecessary comments about when the payments need to be paid and how there’s no extensions… I pointed out to him that it seemed like he thought I couldn’t afford the service and his reply was, “well your a staff sergeant in the military and he knows how much I make.” After that I ended the session. If you want to weigh your options and get estimates to make the right purchase this is not the company. Take your business elsewhere. A 900-1000sqft job was quoted at 19k. He gave a rate with no price breakdown of material, demo or labor while making a multitude of crude comments. Would not recommend.- Darius N.

First of all, after visiting the showroom and selecting the carpet, we didn't hear back from the salesperson. I finally called the store after over a week and one of the sales reps scheduled a time for the measurements to be taken at our home. The guy came and took the measurements and then we never heard back from them, not a phone call, not a cost estimate, not we can't do you job,/ or we don't want your business. We were summarily dismissed. I never pull the race card but as African Americans in these crazy times, we are insulted by this lack of common courtesy, professionalism and basic respect. We were able to purchase carpet from another source but I want to go on record warning potential customers to avoid this company. Unfortunately for them, they had no idea of our reach in the Tucson community.

We are thrilled with our new bathroom, it's even better than we expected. We replaced a soaking tub with a shower and were able to retain the large window over the tub to be included inside the shower. A small wall was removed so previously unused area could be made into an additional clothes closet. They did lighting, plumbing, framing, tile and sheet rock. Everything was precise and professional and accommodated any changes we asked for. They even paid for carpet cleaning in the adjoining bedroom at the completion of the job. Paid about $15,000 total, an extremely fair price for what we got. Highly recommend this company.

The work went fine, but so frustrated with them not showing up on time the second day. They were about 4 hours late and we found out we were lied to about the reason they were late. I have to say that Steve Rodriguez has been a wonderful partner of ours and I don't blame him, but someone at the office definitely lied about why the team was late. Yet, the office called for the last payment before the guys were even out the door. Maybe they should be as responsive when they have a team late for arrival as no one ever called us. Frustrated.

Also, his prices were very competitive. I will use him for any future tile work, and have recommended him to friends and family.
