This was a large deck renovation, which was like a second story deck renovation due to the grade of our property and the number of stairs involved. We selected Trex Rocky Harbor composite deck boards and Trex charcoal railings. The All-N-1 Team performed premium work, and the deck is beautiful. Every time we go out on the deck, we keep commenting to ourselves, "We love this deck" and "We are so glad we did this." Previously, the deck just stressed us out because we were so worried about some of the old wood deck boards. It is so nice to feel like we can really enjoy the deck now. Working with the All-N-1 Team punctuated this experience with an exclamation point. They worked their tails off, were professional and friendly, used craftsmanship, and the finished product is wonderful. They were efficient, but they did not rush the work, and the result is demonstrative of their methodical/thoughtful approach. We'll call them first for any future needs. Thank you All-N-1 Team!!

Ross made an appointment to give an estimate. He said he would be at my home at 4pm on Thursday, June 10th. 4pm came and went with no word from Ross. I called him to see if he was going to come out and Ross blamed a co-worker by saying the co-worker was supposed to have come out. I personally didn't believe Ross even had a co-worker by the way he was hemming and hawing and carrying on. Then he told me that he would come out personally at 6pm. I figured he just forgot about the first appointment and was now trying to make amends. I was wrong. Ross, again, never showed up and never called. I'm guessing the job would have taken 2 days at most and he would have walked out with maybe 10 grand in his pocket. But he is a loser and this time he lost a lot!

Pacheco Flooring removed our old and worn builder grade wood floors and installed wood like porcelain tile. It was a big job approximately 1800 sq.ft. They were awesome. They sanded and stained our oak staircase to match our new tile. The color was right on. We did the entire living level and a landing on the upstairs. They worked hard and the installers were great and trustworthy. They installed the tile like a wood floor and the grout lines are barely visible. Our new floors look like hand scraped reclaimed wood. Highly recommend them and they were the best value for the price and the final product was tremendous. We did purchase the tile, mortar, and grout separately. Amy and her husband were excellent advisors and helped us make a selection that we chose.

What would have taken me months in the evenings and on the weekends, he and his team finished in a day. They made sure to clean everything when finished and left our area cleaner than they found it.
