Expo Home ImprovementEddie Cox came out and fixed us up quickly. Eddie was on the crew that did the remodel about 5 years ago. We had the hot tub removed and nice large shower put in its place. The installation crew were very professional and careful of walls and baseboards. They completed the entire job in just 2 days, cleaned up all debris and hand wiped the new floor with Orange Glow cleanser. We have a brand new look to our house. It took 2 days which was over the Christmas Holiday. The technicians were professional and friendly. Getting new carpet installed is not easy since you feel like your moving. To say "above and beyond" does not really cover it. We were considering other flooring companies -- including the original installers -- and I am beyond thrilled that we went with Nick and Cavalier Flooring. Nick was incredibly responsive -- even taking the time to respond to a multitude of texts at 10pm -- so patient through all of my hemming and hawing, and truly guided me through the process from start to finish. Not only that, but he offered a solution that could potentially end up saving us money. Who does that? His installation team was superb, and I felt extremely comfortable having them in my house, knowing that they knew what they were doing, but that they would take care of everything as well. (In fact, we were alerted about a strange person milling about the property within a matter of minutes of the incident.) I can say with absolute certainty that we would not have ended up with the floors that we have now and they. are. BEAUTIFUL. We get major compliments from all who see it. We absolutely love the way they look and the attention to detail that went into the installation. Oh...and they finished a week ahead of schedule. Around holidays. During Covid. It was a night/day difference from the rest. He knew what he was looking at and knew exactly what to recommend. His experience was obvious and hired him on the spot. The sales rep was very good. He followed through with everything and really help choose the right color and find the best quality and fit for our application. The installers worked very quickly, they were thorough and cleaned up very well. They even found where there were additional work needed(old tiles under old carpet) and they contacted us and worked with us to get that taken care of as well.

Homero came to my house as scheduled on June 30th to inspect the project that I needed done. A good amount of time was spent discussing the 3 jobs with Homero, and he took measurements of the areas. He led me to believe that he would be providing a written quotation for the work. Two days later, I called Ted's Floor & Decor to make sure that he had my email address. I left the email address over the phone with Homero 's associate. The next day, Homero called me claiming he was trying to send the quotation but stated he was using the email address that Angie's List had for me which had the “.com” cutoff. I ask him did his associate give him my email address that I left for him the previous day. Also, I emailed my email address to him after I spoke to him on the phone. He responded by email with a comment. As of August 12th, no written quotation received. He took up a lot of my time when he came to my house. He should have just sent a message stating that his store was not interested in quoting.
