Loaded debris and swept up before they left. Footprints Floors of AshevilleI'm a human. I expect real, human, caring customer service. I felt that from my first phone conversation with the owner Dean. Totally professional, knew his stuff, but more important asked me questions, did a lot of listening...and gave me options to consider. It was a conversation, not a sales call. Dean came on time to the estimate wearing a mask, and did his measuring and calculating. I even had more questions, which were answered straight away and led to the best option. As promised, I received the emailed estimate within a few hours. So, I'd say, without reservation, my experience was a rare "Excellent" in these days of low expectations. And that "Excellent" rating can be applied to Dean's follow-through and communication during the install and his friendly crew. Love the finished product. Handy Home HelpersWe hired Handy Home Helpers to remodel both our, upstairs and downstairs, bathrooms. We could not be more pleased with the job they did for us. They gutted the bathrooms down to the studs, reconfigured the layout and rebuilt them back in a timely matter. John and Bree did all the work themselves. Demo, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting and tile work all done by just the two of them. It was amazing to watch them work. The speed, quality and detail of their work was superb. They were great at keeping us up to date on the progress of the jobs. They also kept the power and water disruptions down to a minimum, always giving us plenty of notice when they were going to shut them off. They took time to answer all our questions. We were also very pleased with the price they gave us on the jobs. We believe their caring and commitment to doing the best job possible made this a great experience for us. We plan to use Handy Home Helpers for all future projects on our home. We now have the beautiful bathrooms we have always dreamed of, thanks to Handy Home Helpers.- ROBERT T.

I purchased a HUGE fixer upper and hired them to work on my home. In baby steps, we have gotten the guest bathroom flooring redone, since it was rotting out. The entire home has been refloored. An accent wall has been started (and they will build me a table coming out if it for space at a later date) in the kitchen. They removed some cabinets so I could make room for a dishwasher (countertops and new cabinets are next). I have had a beam installed, and a load bearing wall taken out. A wood stove has been added with accent wall and new paneling. I am having them come back to do my ceiling, cabinets, back splashes, and anything else I need done! They are very professional and take on my tasks with care and respect! I even had a bench built out of old wood I had laying around!
