    While I have read (carefully) that you prefer ticketing through email, I believe public ticketing is a benefit for the users of your plugin, which face similar problems and in this case fatal errors.

    Directly upon installing, activating, and connecting to your service, I received the following Fatal Error message;

    WordPress version 5.7.2
    Current theme: Hello Elementor (version 2.3.1) Current plugin: Lingotek Translation (version 1.4.13) PHP version 7.3.28

  • The same is here 🙁

    @pixelconverter Unfortunately, my 1-star review was deleted TWICE so it’s difficult to warn people about this issue…

    …and don’t even get me going on the number of marketing emails, from translation services, I’ve received since signing up for this plugin.

    Their wanting tickets opened without public view should have been a red flag from the beginning

    Hi @clonetom, just to let you know: the plugin author cannot delete reviews. Only forum moderators can.

    Anyway, it may be a conflict with Elementor? I read elsewhere about problems between the two plugins…

    This should have been fixed in the new release 1.4.14.

    Thanks for reporting it.

    Same problem here.

    Later edit:
    Sorry, I post on wrong topic!
    Error looks like in the main topic but is related to PHP8 and Hello Theme from Elementor. With PHP7.4 it works but not in PHP8
    I don’t know if helps, but sorry again!

    @slysoft Can you post the error trace with php8 in a new topic?
