We had a vision for what we wanted but he helped us understand where some of the things we had envisioned might not work as well as others. His crews were consummate professionals and did impeccable work. The inevitable hiccups that came up along the way were dealt with swiftly and professionally and without additional charges unless a major change was requested by us. Most importantly, they stand behind their work. A bad batch of paint led to some peeling on the bannister a couple days after move in. He had his crew back here the next day with higher quality paint to redo the entire bannister at no additional charge. Iâ ve already hired him to prep our old house for sale. "I received bids from several contractors for my remodel job. This was a kitchen remodel and opening up rooms by removing walls. I went with Longmoor because I felt like they did their homework and had a good handle on what the project would cost. Through the project, Alex was always available to answer any questions or concerns that I had and was a great help in letting us choose our things but giving help when we needed it. The project finished up about the time frame that we were given. There were a couple of places that I marked for the final walk through that needed corrected that I marked and when Alex walked through with me he added a couple of other things that were not up to his standards. He sent a crew back the next day to correct these things. I have some work that I will be doing in my bathrooms to update them, and I will be using Longmoor on these projects. "My main water supply pipe had burst so I called multiple companies. Faruk was the first to respond and show up on a weekend to inspect the damage and provide an estimate. Things I like about this company: 1. They were extremely responsive to my needs and questions 2. They honored their estimate even though there were a couple of unforeseen obstacles which increased the length of the project and possibly the cost to them 3. They negotiated the estimate lowering it considering my situation 4. They took care of all permits and inspections 5. They cleaned up after the project was done to the best of their abilities 6. They were upfront and honest about the damage to my lawn due to excavations 7. They were very courteous and professional Things they could improve: 1. The project took a little longer than anticipated. A lot of their work was manual which could have been fast tracked with the use of machinary i.e. digging etc. 2. We replaced the entire main pipe assuming that it was defective/polybutelene pipe since it was underground and flooded. We layer found out it was not the case but they proceeded anyway rather than fixing the broken length. While I think it was probably the safest choice it may not have been necessary and they never brought it up later. "

"These guys are exceptional. A little pricey, but that's not unusual for this area. My favorite part is the owners are AMAZING - very attentive, quickly respond to emails, very accommodating, and routinely show up to check out the job and progress (which was RARE in my past experiences with other companies). I highly recommend these guys. They did two bathrooms and even laid hard wood floor in our master bedroom for us! Hope to use them again."
