FOR THE QUALITY OF THE WORKMANSHIP AND TYPE OF SHINGLE THE PRICE WAS GOOD. OVERALL, THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB AND WERE VERY RESPONSIVE TO OUR PHONE CALLS. THE SHINGLE WASNT GIVING THE DIMENSIONAL LOOK WE WANTED AND THEY CAME BACK TO EXPLAIN TO US WHY. THE PITCH OF THE ROOF AND THE COLOR WERE THE REASON FOR THAT. WE DO WISH THAT WE WERE TOLD THAT AHEAD OF TIME.

Gary responded very quickly and we set up our appointment. He was laid back but provided us with everything we needed to know. His quote was very competitive for the job. We also added blown in insulation to the job. The insulation went in first. Guys were there right on time. Although they had an equipment issue that slowed them a while, job was done quickly and cleanly. The roof came a week later. Again, the guys showed up as planned. They explained that they needed to complete the garage the next day as they were behind slightly due to weather but for us it was no issue. There were no surprises. Clean up was good and roof looks great. As these things go, this was as painless a process as I could have hoped for. I would certainly recommend and already have for the insulation.

They came on time and with a full crew. They had their equipment and supplies ready in a short amount of time. The on site project manager, Robert, introduced himself and gave an overview of what I could expect (this was also discussed by Marty when quoted). They took care of my roof, cleaned up after themselves, and were gone in one day. The roof looks great and I would strongly recommend them again. Also, I had a tough time deciding between different colors when they quoted, they gave me some panels from the manufacturer to assist and gave me a list of addresses I could drive by to see my preliminary choices, which helped a lot.

IT HAS BEEN ABOUT A MONTH AND THE JOB IS STILL NOT COMPLETE. THEY STILL NEED TO PUT IN THE SPACERS ON THE ROOF. WE HAVE CALLED TO LET THEM KNOW WE HAVE THE MONEY FOR THE ROOF AS SOON AS THEY COMPLETE THE JOB. WE HAVE CALLED AT LEAST 3 TIMES AND TALKED WITH A LIVE PERSON. THEY TOOK OUR SPOTLIGHTS OUT TO INSTALL THE ROOF ON OUR GARAGE AND TOOK THEM AWAY. WE HAD TO REPLACE THE SPOTLIGHTS. OUR OVERALL EXPERIENCE SO FAR IS A "D" BECAUSE THEY HAVE NOT COMPLETED THE JOB.
