YellowLiteFrom the point of contact to the city inspection this project went really well. The electrician who did the bulk of the installation was great. The installation was done in February in Cleveland so this was not easy. There was one delay. The connection from the panels to the rest of the system had to be revised. They handled getting approval from our cities Architectural Review Board, getting the building permit, final approval from the city and all the communications with the utility. YellowLiteMy April, 2019 electric bill was $1.05. I am amazed at the solar production of my YellowLite system in NE Ohio. We installed 20 solar panels (6.2 kW) in July, 2018 after learning that some friends used YellowLite and were happy with their installation. The company was helpful teaching us the ins and outs of solar power before we made our purchase. YellowLite handled all the permits and paperwork with our electric company so we didn't have to. The installation crew and electricians did a great job. The SolarEdge app is a great way to see how much power we're generating on any given day. We picked YellowLite because they have a long track record of solar installations. We're already planning to buy more panels sometime in the future as we've since bought an electric vehicle. Solar power is essential to a clean environment and we're happy to invest in a cleaner world for future generations. YellowLite did a great job for us.- Carolyn O.

Smart Choice Windows & MoreThis is a great local company. I was impressed from my first conversation with them. I was conducting a price comparison for glass block but was having trouble getting decent pricing as most companies would only give price breaks for four windows or more (I only had three!). I called in and spoke to AJ who said they would honor a price I saw in the Gold Clipper. They scheduled a walk through a few days later. For the walk through, they called prior to coming and the consultant Herminio was punctual and professional. He looked at each window and talked about needs and how the process would go. He was very clear about what we needed to to do prep (not much!) and what the guys would do when they were here. We discussed price and it was exactly what I was quoted on the phone from AJ. We paid half down and Herminio said the office would call to set up the installation. A few days later Mike called and said they had an opening that weekend and they could fit us in. We were thrilled but had a very tight timeline due to an event later in the day. Unfortunately a job they were d*** ran long and they were unable to come after all that weekend. But, Mark (might have been Mike!) called and early in the day to tell me they had trouble at another job and schedule us for three days later. On installation day, at the time they promised, the office called to let me know the guys were on their way. George Jr. and Jorge showed up and were courteous and professional. They kept us posted as the job progressed and showed us work as it was completed. They walked me through each window inside and out ofter the job was done. I don't know anything about window installation and the windows have only been in for a few days but they do look great. We'll see how everything goes over time but at this point, I am very happy with the work! Also, it honestly looked like no one had been in my home when they left. The clean up was amazing. Bottom line: Very good company to work with. Very communicative, honest and gave good pricing. Their employees are knowledgable and care about the work they do. They were on time for our appointment and were able to determine what the issue was with an old electrical conduit that was not in use anymore. It must have had a crack underground and got flooded and sent the water into the house. They were able to remove it and patch up the hole in the house.

Got two new panels, new meter, new service from street, grounded, electrical outlet on outside of house, all my appliances - big and small - are now on their own circuit, added some extra outlets and/or replaced two-pronged ones, took down my bathroom vanity and hung my antique mirrow and new lighting, and the list goes on. Thank you, Dennis, John, Patrick and Tyler for your great work! And, thank you Laura, for returning my calls, delivering supplies and just keeping the guys on track - being an assistant myself I know how hard that can be sometimes. I now feel safe in my home! AMAZING! I first met AJ who walked me through the process and made me feel at ease. I chose my materials and signed the contract. It took about a month to get the materials back. But once they were in, 3 days later and my project was complete. It is BEAUTIFUL! The guys who did the work were all very kind. They worked hard and cleaned up each night better than it was the day before! My entire neighborhood keeps telling me how good it looks. I think they are all jealous. I went with Shake siding on the front...it looks like a coastal cottage almost. So lovely. I TOTALLY RECOMMEND. Great from beginning to end. Thank you all!
