We went with this company and we are glad we did. The project manager Steven communicated with us fully every step of the way. If we had my concerns they were corrected to our satisfaction. The price was very reasonable and we only had to put down a small amount. We didn’t pay until the job was done and we were completely satisfied. I definitely recommend going with this company however I suggest anyone that goes with this company make sure to monitor the details of the work.

I needed repair to a badly damaged sundeck. After several estimates from other contractors I decided to use Yarden Builder's. Dana from Yarden Builders was with me from start to end. She is amazing and works with the customer to address every concern. The sundeck is amazing! I have never seen such quality work in a very long time. They take pride in what they do and stand behind their work. It is hard to find quality contractors nowadays and its refreshing to see that there still are good contractors out there. They are on the top of my list for all future work to be done at my home. Thanks Yarden!

My wife and I are delighted to give a hearty endorsement to Jacob and his wonderful crew at Attlas.
They created a new backyard for us with the pavers they installed and the lovely pergola they built.

They arrived on time, and started to work immediately. I gave them the agreed-upon payment at the start, to purchase the required materials. I never saw them take a break, and, each time I had occasion to go outside, they were busy doing the job. When they were about 3/4 of the way complete, I added a requirement to add a rain-gutter, a downspout, and a splash guard; they went to the local supply store, and immediately undertook that added requirement. All of the work, the initially quoted work, and the added work, were finished in just 2 days, although the original work was projected to take 2 1/2 days, not including the rain-gutter, etc..
They cleaned up all work areas, and removed all scrap, so there was nothing for me to do.
I highly recommend Santos Contractors, Inc., and I will absolutely call them again if I need additional repairs on my home.

Andres gave a quote and actually was there to do the work not like a lot of other places where the guy doing the estimate you never see again. I'm a DIY and put the building paper and wire up and had the inspection but I wasn't going to stucco the new garage. Had 4 bids his was reasonable but what impressed me he saw some issues and fixed them before starting the other companies just gave me quotes. The city inspector also saw the issues but it was passable but a little odd to say the least.
Orion was on time and kept me posted and actually called when they had a scheduling issue which happens but they called.
The project is a new stand alone garage I did excavating, forms ,pour , electrical, plumbing hired carpenter half way through there part fired them and finished carpentering and installed roof. Its taking 8 months doing this between my regular real job IBEW electrician. I wish all the other trade I hired were as GREAT as these guys.
