A MainWP Extension allows you to add additional functionality to the core MainWP Dashboard or to include an easy way for users to use a plugin across all their WordPress sites directly from the MainWP Dashboard.

Extending a plugin for MainWP

If you are a plugin developer, you can use the Extension creation process to make using your plugin across multiple WordPress sites easy. If you have a paid plugin, don't worry about your licenses being misused the MainWP Extensions system ensures that only sites with active licenses can use paid features.

Extending the Dashboard Core Features

As a developer, if you have an idea to extend the core functions of the MainWP Dashboard, you can create an Extension with that feature and choose whether to release it for free or as a paid Extension sold by you.
