From the beginning the Team evaluated our requirements, reviewed options, and provided recommendations on equipment and installation while providing pricing details all the way. There was no pressure, and our many questions were answered completely. The equipment installation was conducted professionally and as scheduled. Consideration was given to our comfort during installation as well as cleanup and discarding of old equipment. We were advised as to what was going on continually and an explanation as to equipment usage was provided as necessary. Also, not to be overlooked. Master Tech will NOT disappear after installation explanation of scheduled maintenance and follow-up visits were outlined to keep our system operating efficiently for many years.
