Out of the other movers we talked to, this company was the only one to take time to come out to our home prior to our move to figure out exactly how many items we had to move. Delta Van Lines was a terrible experience. They are brokers and don't let them tell you differently. My sales person, Natalie, was quite nice until I started having problems. Then she would not return my calls. She promised me that they used their own trucks and drivers ( except upon rare occasion ) . Not true. My pick up was "Big Boy Moving." Four guys in which one was on the phone the entire time, one was skyping in the bedroom with the doors closed and the other two were working. The head guy immediately told me there would be an extra $300 for a long haul and $150 for a bulk shipment. I had told Natalie the elevator was right there next to the loading dock at my apartment. She said no problem, no long haul charge. The bulk charge, I never did understand and they really couldn't explain it . When I called Natalie while this guy was trying to collect this money, she said and I quote "Well I will never use them again.". She said she would call me back and that's the last I heard from her. I was stuck. I ended up calling Big Boy Movers and they had no answers either. Before the movers were done, they came right out and asked me for a tip. Of course I gave it to them, they had my stuff. But they literally asked me. This was the most unprofessional experience I have had moving. I have written an email to the manager Joshban Molina who has never responded. Natalie stopped communicating the minute she had my money. The only good thing that happened was that they were on time. I do not recommend this company at all. Besides the rudeness of the actual movers, there was no support from the company I had hired, Delta Van Lines. They could have cared less.

Within an hour and 30 minutes of my contacting them at 6 pm they had 2 hard working guys at my apartment.They loaded a 20 foot truck, drove to a nearby storage facility and unloadedin 2 hours. Crew members -James & Adam were very courteous and efficient. I would highly recommend this company.

Diane, the contact person, is very personable and articulate. They were so easy to communicate with and they worked with me on my unique circumstance regarding a repair job that had to be done to the piano pedals with another company. They're reliable, very well organized, and take the extra time and care to execute the move without damaging furniture or home. Cost this time was relatively high since it actually involved two separate moves and a month of storage. Heritage Moving & Storage LLCLarry Naderhoff, the owner of Heritage Moving, was very very responsive to our needs. Our new home closing date kept moving, but Mr. Naderhoff always returned my phone calls, or emails, very promptly. And, worked hard to keep us in a line to get moved in and the PODS out of the driveway. He was very patient and understanding when our stress levels would be at it highest. The crew was scheduled to arrive at my daughter's home at 8:30 a.m. The doorbell rang at 8:30 a.m. They were professionally dressed & groomed. Both gentleman had a smile on their face, and a willingness to assist in any way that they could to make to move easier on my husband & myself. Each item was handled with care, and secured to prevent damage in route to our new home. Once we arrived at the new house, the crew was wonderful. They unloaded the PODS & their truck quickly (but very very carefully). They seldom took even a small break, despite terrible heat & humidity. Futhermore, Mr. Naderhoff took time out of his busy schedule to stop in and make certain everything was going smooothly!!!! We ware so appreciative of his concern !! WE ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND HERITAGE MOVING!! My husband & I still have items in storage, and plan to use them once we can get the first load put in it's proper place.- J. D.
