Turns out he was able to unclog the line with about 40 ft of snake line and was no need for further work. Plumber was polity and communicated well. They also cleaning our sewer line. We had had quite a few house-to-street pipe bursts in the neighborhood this year, with all of our houses about the same age, so I decided to be proactive. The entire Legend Plumbing team were incredible! They explained everything they did as they went along, why they were doing it, etc. And, the best part was watching them work as a team! Legend Plumbing & Septic Co.Great service all around. 1. Called the office to discuss the issue. Made an appointment for a formal inspection and quote. 2. Two guys showed up as scheduled and inspected the sewer with a camera. 3. We discussed the options and they worked up the proposal. 4. I only got one quote as I have had it looked at a couple times previously over the years and I felt comfortable with the cost as well as the folks I interacted with. 5. The following day I called to let them know it was a go and scheduled the work. 6. There was a team of 6 guys that arrived the day of the sewer line replacement, they were all personable and worked well with each other. They put in a hard days work and got it all done and cleaned up on the same day. From making the call to the completed work was 4 days. Very satisfied with the entire process. Changed cartridge but made no difference. I complained he came out and explained that this faucet will not have a strong stream. Not sure why I paid $200 for 30 minutes of useless work that did not solve the problem.

This was not my first time using this company and this was not the same technician, but I was very satisfied and had a positive experience last time, so I decided to give them another try. It didn't. I was contacted by this professional and we scheduled an appointment. I called prior to the appointment to confirm who was coming (to be prepared) but no answer and no return call even though I left a message. No one showed up on the day of the appointment and no phone call. I do hope this was just an enormous miscommunication but I am now hesitant to rely on this method of searching for services.

Poorly. Estimate was way too expensive. I called to have sink installed. Plumber came by and gave an estimate of OVER $1200 to install a drop in kitchen sink. He even wanted $45 just to give the estimate. What an incredible rip-off! I'll never hire them again.
