I have hired companies in the past, but nothing compares to the great quality of service that this company offers. It was a pleasure meeting Michael and his wife via phone. They both were very concerned about my situation Micheal ,very professional. knowledgeable, honest and friendly. After repaired my unit, took time to inspect the whole system and explained every little detail )about my unit and the do and the don'ts to keep my unit working efficiently. Eduardo was very professional, punctual, and polite.. He inspected and tested my heat pump and found that it was leaking. He showed me the coils and they were corroded. He said that he could try to fix it but that he could not guarantee the repair because the system was quite old. I asked him for a quote and he gave me a very good price on a new system including installation and warranty. He installed the whole system in one day and did an excellent job. I highly recommend him for anyone looking to repair or replace their air conditioning system.

First contact with Global Cooling was by phone with Sophia. Sophia was very pleasant and informative. After scheduling an appointment, I received a call from Sophia explaining that the techs might be a little late. Actually, I thought that they were ahead of schedule and that was great. Upon their arrival, I met with Doug, lead mechanic, and Louis.Both were extremely professional, informative and polite. After servicing my unit, Doug gave me some good pointers and advised me that the unit was in good condition and made a suggestion on one thing that I could do to improve the efficiency of the unit at a latter date. Doug answered all my questions and did not push any repairs that was unnecessary. Based on this first experience with Global Cooling, I gave them a five star and did sign a contract with them. i hope all of global Cooling employees are like Sophia, Doug and Louis.
