Showed up on a Saturday to repair our gas logs. Very reasonable cost and saved us $200 by not having to replace the control valve. If You need any HVAC repair or installation I recommend Jacob Scott.

I called these guys on a Friday night before I had family coming for the weekend. Our only toilet in the house was clogged and no amount of plunging would clear it. They came within a half hour, cleared it right away and fixed my drippy sink for no extra charge while they were at it! Super professional, reasonably priced and now favorited in my contact list. Why cannot more contractors be like this?

Over 3000 sqft of blown insulation installed. They had to first seal holes in old plaster ceiling and seal areas in basement between wall joists. The building had no insulation so this was a very demanding job with hard to access areas. They did great work and in 3.5 days. I would hire them again.

Sean is the best!!! He was on time, very professional and great prices.
Sean went above and beyond with my a/c and have installation. Prior to installation of heating and a/c he had replaced some vents and a rusted piece of pipe in my basement.
Sean is very conscientious about his work and leaves the place very neat.
