Great experience with Quinnair: very flexible and responsive when discussing the type heating system we needed. We requested many changes: we appreciated their input and recommendations. Prompt and clean install. Came back the same day of inspection to fix a very small issue.

This was by far the best experience I have had with a service company in a long time. Thomas and his staff were great. They came in checked our air conditioner and gave it an “A” rating and didn’t try to up sale. So I am very happy that God told me to go with this company.

Swamp cooler repair for water line disconnecting from pump. Cooler is window mounted & others would not even look at it even though it has been on a stand for 25 years with no problem. Andre came out and immediately found the problem. Pump put in 6 years ago wrong size for line in cooler therefore easily came loose. Explained everything in a language I could understand. Went to truck to find pump with an adapter for the water, installed & working once again. Also took time to adjust water line running around top of cooler to come down better over aspen pads. Highly recommend to anyone needing any type of service for their cooler. Very reasonably priced.
