Ron, Benny, and the team at Custom Stonescaping have just completed our patio and landscape project and we are blown away with the results and the entire design/construction process. We are actually a bit sad it is over because they were so wonderful to work with! Initially, Ron came to the house for a free consultation. He listened to our high level wishes, provided an abundance of ideas, then quickly produced a detailed quote and drawing with pricing, plant types, hardscape, etc. There was no obligation at this point but we already knew we wanted to work with this company. Not only did he put in this upfront (free) effort, he was incredibly friendly and genuine (and loved our moody dog which was a nice bonus). Ron has a TON of experience, and his knowledge of plants, their blooming cycles, height variation, maintenance requirements, etc, produced a plan that was well thought through and will allow our landscape to be flowering/colorful at all points throughout the season (even adding some all year greens in places so a bed isn't bare over the winter). The communication was perfect between acceptance of the quote and start of construction. Once construction started, Ron checked in with the team and us every single day to make sure the daily plan was clear and we were happy. The construction team's work ethic was superior and they completed the project on schedule and within budget. ZERO complications even as we added some things along the way. It was an absolute dream team and we hope to find more projects for them in the future. Thank you Custom Stonescaping, it was an absolute pleasure to work with you.

I am so happy with the work Custom Stonescaping did for me. I worked with Aaron Burns to make a cramped overgrown little townhouse backyard into a gorgeous space that I can actually use now. When he came to give me an estimate he sat down and showed me my options and explained how it all worked. When my original idea was too expensive for me to handle he suggested some ways to bring down the cost. And my cat (who is normally very shy around strangers) would not leave him alone- which other animal people will understand is a huge point in his favor. And when it came time for the actual work to happen I found the crew to be absolutely amazing. They knew exactly what they were doing. Absolutely meticulous attention to detail. Right before the final step of the work was completed, after they had left for the day, I noticed one of the stones they had laid had a crack down the middle. I was going to ask them about it the next morning, but before I got a chance they had already noticed and were talking about how to fix it. And they were so nice. At one point my anxiety brain wouldn't leave me alone about the grading being done properly, so Marvin (the foreman) showed me with the leveler that it was all done right. I could not be any happier with this company, their work, or the people involved. I plan on hiring them again in the future to replace some of the fencing around the gorgeous patio they built for me.
