Noel is very professional & gives an accurate, honest estimate. He is fairly priced & his exceptional detail to uphold the highest quality standards is very important to me. He has also done excellent work at my twin brother's home as well. I would recommend Noel to anyone who needs a paint job, a major renovation or a minor upgrade such as adding a ceiling fan. His friendly & easy to approach personality makes any homeowner feel at ease whenever a home project needs to be done. Florida Foundation AuthorityDoug, the owner, and Mike and Andrew did an exceptional job from the very beginning. I had tried to call other foundation repair companies before calling them and no one returned my call. They returned it immediately and the lady who helped me was very pleasant and helpful. The concrete slab, topped with tile, in the back of my house was sinking. When Doug came out to review the job and provide a quote, he was very detailed in explaining all that would happen. Due to the amount of work they had it took a while for them to get out to do the job. However, the customer service to set up the appointment and the reminder of the appointment a week beforehand, was very professional. I had requested for the owner to come when the job was done due to the micro-details in measurement that had to be done. He showed up as promised. Once again, when walking through the job, they were very detailed in explaining all that was happening step-by-step. They were meticulous in all they did and left the sight very clean. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen and underlying issues with the foundation and slab, they weren't able to complete the job at 100%, but they continued to work on making the slab as level as possible and didn't give up. By the time they finished, it was 90% better and actually looked amazing when they left. They were also VERY fair and reduced the price significantly because they weren't able to complete the full intent of the job. And, again, this wasn't because of their lack of expertise, but because of issues under the tiles that couldn't have been known until they got in to the job. Otherwise, I would have given them "5" stars. I was very pleased with their excellent customer service, expertise and professionalism. I would definitely recommend Florida Foundation Authority. The price should have been 250 dollars and when they came back they asked for another 250 dollars and I thought it was really expensive for the job that they've done.
