They offered a beautiful selection of materials to choose from. The building process encountered weather hiccups, but other than that, the staff and build went fine. We had an excellent instructor during Pool School - highly recommend recording the session, as we did. After the build, the project manager made himself available to us for questions, which was very important to us, since we were first-time pool owners.

Southwest Poolscapes did a great job cleaning the tile in our swimming pool. It had really built up the calcium and looks like new now! Travis and his crew were on time, on schedule and on budget. SUPERIOR LEAK DETECTION INC.
Job well done. I though the cost of the leak detection was high, but when I saw all that was involved in testing the system I think it was appropriate. I gave them a B on price because the bid that I got for the repair of the leak was very high compared to other bids I got. I also called to see if they would come down any on the repair and they would not even though they have a 10% off add on their website.

Recent Review: Lisa Prince and her team of employees and subcontractors arrived on time and made some excellent recommendations on renovating our pool area. She arranged for us to look at a project which incorporated many of the ideas we were discussing. We ultimately decided to resurface and reconfigure our layout by adding more concrete decking. Lisa and her project manager worked closely with their primary subcontractor. Attention was paid to both large and small details, i.e. drainage and finishing. The result is stunningly beautiful. It is also more functional than our previous layout.
