MEGAN CAME OUT AND MEASURED WINDOWS. THE BLINDS WERE READY AND VERY FAST. A TECHNICIAN CAME AND INSTALLED THE NEW BLINDS. FOR $4 A BLIND HE REINSTALLED OUR OLD BLINDS. OUR NEW BLINDS LOOK NICE AND WORK WELL.

When they show up to install the blinds they said 1 of the box is missing because they change installer (too busy) so they have only 11 out of 18 blinds. The go ahead install 10 blinds and leave the arch blinds to install with the missing blind below so it can matchup. Otherwise everything went well and they install in around 2 hours.

It was awesome! Jaronne is very professional and quickly gave us the estimate for replacing the blinds. Because of the holidays our blinds took a few days longer than needed so Jaronne made a special trip to install temporary blinds until our permanent blinds were installed.

As soon as we decided to buy a new house, I contacted Katy Blinds and Shutters. The salesperson was prompt in coming out to measure and quote. I asked to have the blinds installed the day we closed and they were happy to oblige. All blinds were installed by move day (except one that was cut incorrectly) which was very helpful. The shutters were installed about a week after move in. The incorrectly cut blind was installed a couple of weeks later. Overall, the service was very good and the quality and price were great.

THE BLIND LADY WITH SHADES
The Blind Lady measured, ordered the blinds then came back and hung them. She was very helpful, did a great job and the blinds fit perfect. We are very pleased with her. She is professional, caring and polite. We would highly recommend The Blind Lady and we will definitely use her again.

Home Depot
I met with Scottie and she helped me purchase the blinds and line up the installer company. The installation man came to my house and took measurements and he ordered the blinds. The blinds came and I had some difficulty getting in touch with the installation company. I called Home Depot and they said they would have the installer call me but he didn't call so I WENT to HOME DEPOT and spoke to another man and after 2 days the installer company DID call and we set a date for them to put the blinds in. The installation date is next week.

Recent Review: Great service from start to finish. The consultant John had a lot of options to choose from and helped us decide what would be the best for our windows. It only took about 2 weeks for the blinds to be finished and they were installed the next day after they called to say they were ready. The installer was very quick, installing 16 huge blinds in about an hour.

The blinds were promised in 2-3 weeks, but arrived in just over 1. The installer Rito) came the next day and had them installed in less than 2 hours. Recent Review: I called City Blind Repair initially because I was hoping to repair, not replace two expensive wooden blinds. They had become difficult to open and shut, but were otherwise in great shape. Mr. Thomas came to my home, inspected the blinds, ordered the parts needed, and returned a week later to install the parts in my home. Took him about a half hour to fix both blinds. While he was here the first visit, I asked him to measure two bathroom windows and purchased mini blinds from him. He also assisted us by re-installing a 7 foot wide duette shade that needed more support. I cannot say enough good things about the experience of working with City Blind Repair. Mr. Thomas is friendly and professional. It was wonderful to find someone who will travel to your home to repair blinds, instead of just tell you "bring them in and we will take a look at them". We did not have to spend any time with the windows uncovered.
