Recent Review: Plumb Tite was extremely responsive. Both the office staff and technicians were very polite. They were able to get a technician out to my house within hours of my initial call! A quote was given before any services were performed. The quote was comparable to other plumbers in the area. Addionally, after services were completed the office staff followed up to ensure I was satisfied with the services provided. Overall I was impressed with the professionalism and responsiveness of Plumb Tite and I would both recommend and use their services again.

Recent Review: Had previously used Apollo Home to excellently install a new front porch light fixture that I was unable to do myself. Now I had a basement sewer line backup. Jacob completed a very reasonably priced sewer line clean out but recommended they perform a camera inspection of the line, suspecting tree roots entering the clay pipe joints (1950's home construction), which were probably clogging the line. He scheduled the camera inspection for the next day. Josh did this today, with me watching. Yes, there were significant tree roots which had entered the line close to the house. He explained everything very clearly and my options. We selected having them grind and flush the roots from inside the pipe, scheduled for next be week. Top to bottom, excellent service has been provided for very good value.

Recent Review: After experiencing a sudden clog a few days back, and having it removed by a large Plumbing Services provider after hours, they subsequently told us that our best option was to proceed with a $30k job to replace our entire sewer line! Even went as far as to tell us they would approve our financing over the phone. Needless to say, I wanted a second opinion. After reading the reviews on Angie's List, we decided to give CME a call. They came out first thing the next day, performed the services, and gave us a detailed breakdown of all of their findings - including a DVD recording of the televising of the line. They discovered that there is an issue with where our line meets the City line, and even offered to call the City on our behalf to initiate the repair they need to perform on their dime to fix the issue. I am beyond impressed with the service we were given, and I will highly recommend CME to everyone possible. Thank you!!

Recent Review: Well, right at bed time, my son came running up the stairs to inform me that there was water everywhere in the basement. When I got there, I saw standing water in the unfinished room where the sewer drain is located, plus water had infiltrated into the finished room and the carpet was sopping wet. There was sewage waste from the drain as well from a sealed flange for a planned 1/2 bathroom that had exploded from the pressure. It was horrible, especially at that time of the night. I knew that we shouldn't let the water and waste stand overnight due to the high risk of contamination and bacteria so I went on Angie's list to search for a water restoration company. After reading reviews of a few companies, I decided to go with two. The first one didn't answer so I called 1-800-waterdamage and got a live person right away. I forget her name but she was very nice which is so helpful when you're already upset about the mess. She had someone come out that night, she informed us of the two gentlemen names so we knew who to expect at the door. The guys were very nice when they arrived and immediately assessed the situation and got to work. They cleaned the majority of the mess such as removing the remaining water and cleaning up all of the sewage. They disinfected the entire area. They also cut out and removed the affected carpeted area. They left a dehumidifer and fans for overnight. It was clean enough for the plumber to do his repairs the next day. After the plumber left the next morning, the crew came back and finished up removing the rest of the carpet so it was neatly trimmed. They also removed the baseboards, the door trims and cut out the affected portions of the drywall. Then they set up more fans. It was super noisy with all of the machines running but it was to dry out the area and pull out the moisture in the air so that mold would not set in the affected areas. The fans and dehumidifer were left in place the entire weekend. They came back Monday to check and removed all of the equipment. The owner also called to check in on the service, if we had questions and if we were happy with the workers. I was very happy that I was to reach someone so late in the evening, that someone could come right away, and that they were professional and answered our questions. They helped us to feel better about the disaster. I would highly recommend the company for the quality of their service. The cost was high, but I never used a restoration company before so I really can't speak to the pricing, but to be honest, it was worth every single penny to have pros take care of cleaning up standing water and sewage as well as removing all damaged materials, disinfecting the areas and leaving the basement looking better than it was. This was important to me because I knew that there could be mold and contamination if it wasn't cleaned up the right way and there was no way that my husband and I could do the job. So thank you!!! !

Recent Review: Top notch experience from start to finish. Scheduling was easy and quick. They offered next day service but I had to put it off a couple of days. Derek arrived on time, went right to work and finished in about an hour including complete cleanup. The price was less than I paid five years ago to another company. I'll use them again.

He tells me what he is going to do and does not try to up sale me. He works to help me. I recommend him to every one. He is very personable and helpful. He is just fantastic.

Recent Review: I have used Jim the Plumber multiple times at my residence. They have always been prompt, professional, and thorough. I had to have a house soil pipe replaced due to age and cracking. They completed the process with minimal mess and were done in under a day, so we were not inconvenienced regarding water usage in the house. They have also added/repaired many copper water lines quickly and cleanly. I would not use anyone else at this point.
