Southwest Lock & SafeI explored several lock companies to change over the hardware on my 10 exterior doors in my home. The companies all refused to make an in-person visit and instead wanted me to send them pics of all of my doors. I was given the name of Southwest Lock and Safe and to my delight, they wanted to send out an expert (Chris Loveall) to see the project and give me an estimate. When I wanted to ensure that the style and color of the hardware was correct, Shea (the owner) sent out Triston to bring me samples. Chris and Triston then came out and did a GREAT job installing all the hardware and locks. And, due to COVID-19, they wore masks that covered both their nose and mouth. What a pleasure to find this company. We had replaced an exterior door but the door installer had not been able to properly place the deadbolt. I called Alexius and was scheduled for a service call the next day. Martin Molina confirmed our appointment beforehand and arrived on time. He was professional and courteous, and quickly diagnosed the problem—the deadbolt was too small for the opening in the door. The hardware was replaced, carefully aligned, and tested. In addition, Martin checked and fixed another lock set that was sticking, and took our old hardware to be recycled. Highly recommend.

I used Mile High Locksmith to rekey my new home. The tech, Beni, showed up early (per my request) was upfront and worked quickly. The real customer service came when I forgot about an additional door that needed rekeying after the tech left. He returned without an additional service charges and was awesome to work with. It's far and few between when you really enjoy customer service experiences like this!
