Dean Huber Construction Inc. / Danville Kitchens & Baths

Dean came over to survey the area. He worked with a first-rate plumber to have them fix the backflow issue. Then Dean built up the shower flooring, installed a new shower pan, leveled the complete bathroom floor and the shower walls, and worked with a tile guru to install all new shower wall tiles and bathroom floor tiles. Dean oversaw the whole project and coordinated all the sub-contractors' time in order for the project to be completed in a timely manner--even through a tile delay. Dean was very professional and I would recommend him for any kitchen or bath remodel project.

Outstanding service, quality of work and responsiveness. I wanted free standing antique double sink cabinets, remodel of shower stall in master bath and new shower and tub set up in guest bath. Also required full installation of new flooring, from vinyl to marble floors for both bathrooms. Results were superb and much better than I even anticipated.

I had a good experience with this company. David and his people did a good job by remodeling my 2 bathrooms. The first bathroom that they did included the paint, floor, vanity and the toilet. His guys installed stone tiles on the half walls surrounding the bathroom. The paint that I selected was dark brown and it blended perfectly with the rest of the theme that he did for me. The other bathroom was bigger and included a shower as well with a shower system. They worked pretty fast and the work was completed after 1 month. I was happy with the communication skills that David have and it shows how professional person he is.

M&M Construction & Home Design

M&M remodeled our relatively small master bathroom, including re-tiling the shower, installing new shower door, toilet, light fixture, vanity, countertops, sink, and medicine cabinet. The finished product looks fantastic. We are especially happy with the new shower-it looks amazing and makes the room look much bigger. There were a few shortcomings--the project was estimated at 1 to 1.5 weeks and took about 5 all in. However, if time is not a huge concern, M&M does a great job. In sum, although we were a little frustrated with the delays, it was worth the wait. We always trusted that M&M would get it done right. Note: We paid M&M $9K. We provided the materials (minus countertop and shower door). Materials cost roughly $2K. So total cost for remodel = $11K.

Working with Geri was great. We needed to bring our bathroom to up to ADA standards which required gutting the whole thing. We installed new lights, fan, glass sliding shower doors, ceramic tile floor, and wanes coating on the walls. Geri estimated 5 weeks and the job was mostly completed in 4 weeks. The crew that did the work was excellent and detailed. They built a bench inside the shower area that is beautiful and efficient. They could improve a little on their timing. Geri worked with us on purchasing all of the material and equipment and made sure that everything was here before demolition began. A couple of material/equipment glitches were handled quickly and to our satisfaction. The labor cost $32,000 and we spent about $8,000 on the material/equipment including mirror, medicine cabinet, tile, counter top for vanity, faucet set, shower door, rain shower head, hand held shower and diverting unit.

Re-Bath By Schicker

On August 28, 2014, we signed a contract with Re-Bath to remodel our bath room. The work started October 15, 2014. The completion date was on 11/6/2014. Re-Bath installed the Shower Pan, Floor tile, Wall tile, and the Shower Fixtures, repaired dry rot, leveled the bathroom floor. This work was done very professionally. Schicker Luxury Bath installed the Glass shower enclosure. However, The order for the shower enclosure omitted the Towel Rack on one side panel. After noting the error, they responded and replaced the panel. We couldn't have been more pleased with the overall quality of the work.

Everlast Construction

Itay from Everlast Construction is the only person you'll need to go to for all your remodeling needs. After having two different installers not show up I turned to Everlast. So glad I did. He gave me a very reasonable estimate and I booked him for 2 weeks later. His communication and follow-through were excellent. The space is much brighter and the tiling transforms it into an entirely new bathroom. Itay and the team are incredibly professional and tidy and the work turned out fabulous. I know he and his team worked really hard to put everything together for us and we really appreciated his time and effort! We love the results so much that our next project is have Everlast Construction do our master bath too.

The work went great. Everyone arrived on time, the work got done as scheduled. Every evening the materials were stowed back in the truck leaving my bathroom and bedroom livable (minus the shower of course). I have a dog and everyone was careful to close doors behind them. And, best of all, the bathroom shower looked brand new when all the work was done (note: it took about a week).

SOUTH BAY MARBLE, INC
5.0
We needed to completely remove and remodel our master bathroom. We started with 4 contractors submitting bids. They were all very overpriced (one was *RIDICULOUSLY* over priced) or wouldn't do what we wanted done (i.e., they wanted to cut major corners). Then, we went to South Bay Marble just to look at shower materials. Margaret, who was working the front desk, was very informative. She answered all our questions about the shower materials and made some very useful suggestions for flooring, shower doors, fans, etc. She also informed us that they actually perform full bathroom remodels. A few days later, we requested a bid from South Bay Marble for our job. Robert came out to our home to provide a quote for our project. He looked at our master bathroom, listened to our list of requirements and said and quot;We can do thatand quot;. Within a couple of days, we had a bid with each aspect of the job itemized. After carefully reading through the bid, we made some slight changes then signed the contract with South Bay Marble. The remodel started with the complete removal of the bathroom. They hauled away all the debris and cleaned up after themselves. The electrical (lighting, exhaust fan, switches, sockets) and plumbing (shower head, shower drain relocation, toilet supply line) were done without any problems. Then they installed new walls, ceiling, shower pan, shower wall, glass tile trim in the shower, shower seat, corner shelf, grab bar, flooring, toilet, towel rack, shower doors and primed and painted the walls. The only problem we had was the toilet we purchased wouldn't fit into the bathroom, that is if we wanted to close the door. Robert informed us of the problem and told us what size toilet we needed to correct the problem. Within an hour, we purchased a new toilet from a local store with the correct dimensions and Robert installed it with no problems. Robert did the majority of work on our bathroom. He was professional, polite and considerate. All the employees of South Bay Marble cleaned up after themselves every night. None of them complained about having to go up and down the stairs many times a day to furthest point in our home to complete the project. In addition, we were told each day who to expect at our home and when they would arrive. I really appreciated knowing who would working in my home. The master bathroom looks and works beautifully. We are very happy with South Bay Marble and would highly recommend them.

Mike's Tile Work
5.0
Mike is very professional, sincere hard worker. His pricing is very fair and he was very flexible in accommodating changes to both requirements and schedule. He demolished two bathrooms, built shower pans on both of them and retiled both shower and the bathroom floor. He always arrived early in the morning and stayed late to finish the job as quick as possible. I would highly recommend Mike for any tile work and he will be the first (and the only one) to call for our upcoming second phase renovations. Thanks Mike for getting us beautiful, functional bathrooms.

If you need an affordable, high quality bathroom remodel done FAST by a family run business you can trust, then Bathroom Pros can help you. I have 1930 2br/1ba cottage, and couldn't afford to be without a bathroom for more than a couple days. They worked with me to stay in my budget. I am very happy with the results. They gutted the shower and floor down to the studs the first day, and rebuilt the 2nd day, finished it the 3rd day. I got a new floor, shower stall, bathtub and window. They repaired some dry wall issues, and also installed a vanity, light fixture, and new plumbing fixtures.

Went above and beyond with my expectations! Ben's creative and unique process for depicting ideas from materials to it's ideal placement. For our master bathroom shower he advised large tiles from floor to ceiling to make the illusion of a larger area. He customized a design that included 4 different types of tiles with it's own unique shade of grey tones. Small tile design cover the shower head from ceiling to bottom, the shower floors are a different surface texture to avoid accidents and slip! Ben thought of everything. Our guest bathroom we were working with a standard small space. we added a tub, but were contemplating on adding more cabinets. Ben suggested these innovated vertical pull out cabinets for storage. AMAZING! we completely updated our bathrooms to year 2020. This company brings fresh ideas for any home renovations... as their motto goes quality work versus quantity.

Why hire a nearby service pro for a bathroom remodel?

Bathroom remodeling companies help implement changes to overall floor plans in order to make the space more efficient. Where you place the shower, toilet, bathtub and cabinets to correctly fit the entire bathroom space is crucial. Many mistakes in layout and design are not realized by DIYers until the entire project is complete, and the homeowners are using the space. An experienced bathroom remodeling service near you that is well reviewed will help blueprint the space based on industry best practices.

A bathroom remodeling company can solve leaking floors and walls, as well as insulating them from further water damage. Advanced features such as high-tech toilets, modern sink designs and a luxurious bathtub are best installed by remodeling professionals.

How much does bathroom remodeling cost near you?

  • Most homeowners spend an average of $9,789 on remodeling their bathrooms.
  • The actual bathroom remodel cost can vary greatly, depending on the specific features.
  • If you’re only adding essential features, expect to incur between $5,000 to $7,000 on average.
  • Remodeling larger bathrooms and adding advanced features may cost between $13,000 to $15,000.

Here are three common bathroom remodeling costs:

  1. Installing a new toilet: between $130 to $250 on the lower end, and $550 to $780 on the higher range
  2. Bathtub installation: between $400 to $1,500 on the lower end, and $6,000 to $8,000 for luxurious bathtubs.
  3. Bathroom floors: between $800 to $2,000 for regular flooring, and $5,000 to $7,000 for premium flooring (such as natural stone floors).

The bathroom is one of the most important parts of the home. Therefore, bathroom remodeling is an important decision, one that will also improve the value of a home if done right.
