Yoast is a trademark owned by Yoast BV, a Dutch limited liability company. The Yoast trademark registered both in the US and in Europe:

We do not allow other companies to use our trademark in domain names or otherwise without written permission.

Trademarks and our code

If you fork a Yoast software project under the GPL, we will ask that you remove all references to our trademark outside of our copyright lines. You’re welcome to build upon our code and our ideas, but we take protecting our brand very seriously.
