Sorry for the large delay, but finally we have a 2.1 release announcement https://fyne.io/blog/2021/09/21/v2.1.html#about …. Last week we released v2.1.1 which has lots of speed improvements over the initial v2.1.0 so it's a great time to upgrade :)
