When I called, I needed our windows washed fairly soon because of unexpectedly putting our house on the market. They were booked out several weeks, but when they had a cancellation, Jocelyn called back and scheduled me within two weeks. Kevin and Chris came and did a thoroughly professional job – on time, efficient, polite, accommodating, thorough. When we got a huge rainstorm four days later, I called, and Jocelyn scheduled Kevin and Chris to come back out the next day and touch up every single window.
