I was working with another pool company for quite a while when I decided I was being price gouged and my rep said that he won’t do my pool (after having referred 3 other completed-build clients to him). After that (and being a single woman)--you bet I was afraid to find a pool company to trust with decent employees. Enter Artistic Pool & Spa, Inc. WHAT A WIN!!!! My sales rep Nate was stellar!! Dependable to the minute. Communicated every single step of the way. Great design, flexibility, professionalism. Trinity is also a wealth of knowledge and the two of them oversee all the stages for extra “eyes on the project” to assure its success. Pricing was NON-gouging. Very fair—you pick what you pay for. None of that “we only do it this way” garbage other companies do to increase their profit and limit cost effectiveness to a budget-minded consumer. With pool build costs having greatly increased over the past 20 years—I was sure thankful to find a company whose extraordinary personal assistance and quality work not only made it evident they are trustworthy, but also helped me to have peace financially and emotionally through the build process.

Nigal was great with his design and providing us information so we could make informed choices with regard to the pool and it's construction. Donnie Feathers was also an asset as our construction lead because he kept us informed through text as well as the online site. SCAPES & STONESI cannot speak highly enough of the work that Scape and Stones has performed for me. I have hired S&S to design and install desert landscaping on two properties. My current property's job included the demolition of existing grass, installation of an elaborate flagstone patio, a patio cover, chef's herb garden, several mature trees, and xeroscape/water efficient design. S&S delivered an amazing design that exceeded my expectations. With color, fragrance, custom iron work, hidden pathways and resting areas, I feel as if I am in my own private desert wilderness. As I mentioned, this is a second home that S&S has designed for me and they continue to exceed my expectations. I will be using them again on an additional project next year and look forward to the creativity they will bring!- David T.

Silver State Pressure Washing & Property MaintenanceThe patio roof had rotted in several places due to water buildup. The prior owner apparently put up the roof himself and it was not level. They removed corrugated steel and rotten plywood and facia board, and installed new materials along with a larger drip edge and seal to stop water from backing up. It was then painted and quite close to the original color. Lawrence and Brandon did a great job, they were neat, picked up, and there was not a single nail or screw left on the ground. I have since had this contractor back to do minor repairs outside and would definitely recommend them.- Judy M.

Anthony & Sylvan PoolsFrom the beginning of the process, to the very end, Anthony & Sylvan Pools met our expectations. It was an interesting process to experience. Watching the transformation of the dirt backyard, to having a beautiful pool, spa and deck added was amazing. We had a great project manager in Skye DuCreay. Anthony & Sylvan PoolsIt started out with our design consultant Don Sabino. He helped us design our pool from beginning to end. From size, shape and made the last minute change to Pebble. He is a great salesman and he has definitely been there for us even now and the pool has been done since July 2020. Next the project manager Skyy Decreay. Where do I begin, Skyy was on top of every step made. And if something wasn’t right or we had questions about it he made sure it was taken care of. He told us the first day that on average it takes 12 weeks but he believed ours would be done in 7-8 weeks. It was done in 7. He showed up before and after every step sometimes showing up while contractors were there. He sent pictures and info about each step every time someone was there. Answering all questions that we ask and making us comfortable with his answers. I cannot remember the scheduler’s name but she was great too. I always received messages as to when next service date was along with looking on site for all of our steps. If I had to have a pool built I would most definitely choose Anthony & Sylvan without a doubt. I have referred 4 couple since our pool and will continue. We are very proud of our pool and thank everyone that was involved in building it.- Michael C.

All Inclusive Concrete Systems LLCA proposal was written by the estimator (John Porreca) on his first visit. It was less than a week before the work was done. The follow up was prompt and additional work was scheduled at no additional cost. I’m still waiting for proposals from several other contractors. AICS is outstanding.- William M.

Scott the manager came by. Gave me quotes and estimates. But it was not what was talked about. He offered to fill a empty spot the owner of the company is a liar and said it was never discussed. You can’t reach the office cuz they have only one person running and working the office. I asked for a discount but the owner would not give it to me in spite of them 1)not answering calls 2)delaying my date because they were busy and getting my b&d pushed back too 3)saying they will fill in a spot, giving suggestions then turning around and saying they didn’t say that. No honesty, loyalty, and this company DOES NOT stick to their word and for the pricing. It is too much for them to be playing games when they can’t be professional. The picture displayed is not the finished work but what they suggested covering but then said they never said it but they suggested it. Tim is a liar. And not trustworthy. And I will let channel 13 new know asap- Darryl S.
