They called me back within minutes of submitting an inquiry on Angie’s List, but were also patient with us when we took our time to decide how and when we wanted to get our roof done. We primarily worked with Ian, who not only did our initial inspection, but handled each step of the project. He was professional, kind, and patient, answering all of our questions and even helping with our call to the insurance company when we decided to make a claim. He was on time for each of our meetings, and was always responsive over phone, text, and email. The office staff was also friendly and helpful, updating us when needed without being too overbearing. New Wave BuildersThey arrived 10:00am and stop work at dark. They returned 7:00am to complete the shingling and job site clean-up and left 8:15am. Removed 3 layers of old shingles, replaced 8 sheets of old OSB roofing. Replaced material with long life shingles. Roofing looks great. Cleaned up all construction debris and left ground like it was before work began. Great job.- Marion B.

Cannot not recommend Renoir enough. We have had them do roof work on our last 2 homes. We had a rook leak in our current home and they had it fixed within 48 hours. They were quick, responsive and professional. In a business where there are a lot of roofing companies that come into Charlotte, make promises and then leave town. The security of a locally owned small business is the way to go. I have passed on Renoir to several friends and everyone has been pleased.

We got a new roof, our original roof was not properly installed. The roof crew came a day later than planned- weather delay. The crew was fast. Had old roof off in about 2.5 hours and ready for the new layer. The crew moved our deck chairs from where they were stowed and sat in them- ok. Then later when they finished, they sat in chairs, broke a stowed ottoman by sitting on it, were laying in my child’s hammock. Then they left all furniture out, did not apologize for breaking our property, did not pick up nails as promised. They sent someone end of day who got some nails but did not roll the yard as we were told. We bought a magnetic roller because we have animals and picked up more than 100 nails and staples. The office folks did not call to apologize or offer any cost reduction for the unprofessional behavior of the crew. Did not offer reimbursement because we rolled our yard out of our own safety concerns. Atrocious service. Sexist. Single women do not hire them. You’ll get a decent roof but nothing more.
