AORC repaired my stem wall where water was seeping into the house: removed siding to reveal damage, removed water damage, installed steel barrier, silicone, and waterproof backerboard. Expert repair! They installed a French drain in concrete driveway to divert water away from the house to prevent water seepage. Expert repair! They replaced water rotted soffit, including mesh vents and repainting finished repair. Expert repair! On time everyday, dedicated professionals, finished the job in three days straight.

Sales team lied to me about what windows I could buy to meet HOA requirements. When 3 windows were installed, I called and told them my HOA would not allow them. The managers lied about everything and convinced me that these windows could be painted. They can't. They are already chipping and look poor. It has only been a month or so. Biggest mistake ever. Do not use this company.

McCoy Painting gave us an estimate which was stating all details that needed to be done for exterior painting, exterior wood repairs, chimney repair and labor and materials fee. They have done an amazing/professional job! They have power washed surfaces before painting to get let of dust. Replace some deteriorated woods. Caulked and sealed cracked/gaped woods. All of our house’s wood problems were fixed. Moreover, they used high quality paint and they painted it beautifully. Our house now looks great!

They would half do the job, show up late, leave a mess, and take advantage of my kindness. I needed to fix my atrium {again!} so I started researching best materials and installers in the city. That's when I found Cliff. When I saw he had so many five star ratings I knew he had to be doing something right. I was so excited that I called him bright and early the next morning to discuss my project. He spent over an hour on the phone with me, explaining the material, what he could do, and giving me a rough estimate of how much it could cost. We knew Bob from 30 years ago when he sided my old house and did a top quality job, it looks as good today as it did when the siding was new. When it came to choosing a contractor for the job on my current home there was no question, I wanted M. Rhodes company. Bob sells only the highest quality windows and high grade siding, he brought samples and products so we knew he was using better windows than the competition, we are so pleased with the double hung casement windows and their many features including tilt in cleaning and night locks. Our crew was the best, Stacy and Scott did the install on 31 windows with precision and attention to every detail just like they would do their own home, even cleaned the windows after install. They cleaned their work areas so well everywhere after the job all that was left was bright new windows and siding. We are so happy with the siding, love the colors and the care and time they took to make each corner, trim, soffit and fascia fit exactly. The precision and consistency of their work is excellent. The siding, fascia, coil stock and trim are Mastic and of greater quality and thickness than the competitors use, it is manufactured to stand tough Oklahoma weather and heat. What a pleasure to see my home look brand new, knowing it has the best quality siding and trim to protect and insulate it for years to come. I cannot recommend M. He worked with my insurance company during the whole process and made sure all damage was accounted for and everything was brought up to code. Reese & Sons PaintingCarl Reese came himself on the day after I returned his inquiry. He made a quick estimate and gave me a price that I agreed upon, and then started his work the day after we first met. Carl has excellent character. He did everything that I asked him to, and quite a bit that I didn't think to ask of him. In conversation, I told him, "I believe you are painting my house as if it were your own." He responded, "That's the way I do all of my projects." And, that is exactly what I would have thought. At the end of his work, we shook hands and washed them with cleanser due to the Corona Virus. I told him how much my wife and I appreciated his work, and he said, in reply, "It's all good." And, then, painted three pieces of our lawn furniture without being asked, and with no charge. How often does that happen in today's world? Carl is a good man who does excellent work. You won't need to keep an eye on his work, because he does, and he can do a better job of it than you can. All Oklahoma Roofing & ConstructionI had no issues with All Oklahoma Roofing & Construction. They came to do a job and they got it done, better and quicker than I anticipated! We picked out the materials and they put it all together. We had a bit of worry when it came to the tile as we chose a "bumpy" tile and saw some horror stories online about other people that tried to install similar tile. They installed the tile perfectly with no problems! Ultimately they did an amazing job and it turned out better than I thought it possibly could.
