From the first phone call I was impressed with the responsiveness and professionalism of Brian Martin and his entire team. Brian met with me virtually to discuss my expectations after he reviewed photos of my home. He emphasizes excellent customer service while providing a coordinated approach to the project. I was kept informed of each aspect of my project. The entire team of carpenters, the drywall specialist, and especially the painters were professional, punctual, trustworthy, and gave me a beautiful finished project. Extra credit goes to Joel Worthington, lead painter on my project. Not only was his work technically excellent, but he made several suggestions that markedly improved the decor. At the end of each day he thoroughly cleaned up so I could use my home comfortably and told me the next day's. Joel provided the kind of individual attention and care to me and my project that we all dream of receiving. I have recommended this company to my community and family and will use them again. Kudos to Brian for creating such an excellent experience during what can be a very stressful, worrisome time.

Outstanding. Kevin is the most professional general contractor that I have worked with in the last 15 years. He had done some other remodeling in the past but recently completed the jobs listed. His craftsmanship is meticulous and he is very detail oriented. We really appreciate how much care he took to ensure that everything was right. He actually takes great pride in his work which seems rare these days. He was always punctual and always cleaned up completely. Price was also better than most other estimates. Having had non-optimal experiences with other contractors, I enthusiastically give Kevin my highest recommendation.

They came out and did an estimate on a Friday. Started work the next Monday. They showed up bright and early every day until everythng was completed to my satisfaction. Ace Home ImprovementsACE Home Improvements sent out a carpenter, who wrapped the entire wooden frame around the patio door and windows, with white aluminum trim which looked like my original, white wooden frame before it started to decay at the bottom. He also carefully caulked all the places where rain water could seep in, especially at the base. I was very pleased with his work, and I thought the price for his work was reasonable. Ace Home ImprovementsWOW! is all I could keep saying after Mark finished the work he did. Lets start with the doors. I have 2 of the exact same outswing French doors that face each other on opposite ends of my porch. One installed 8 years ago and One installed 4 months ago. Both were sticking and drafty due them not sealing properly and they were installed by two different contractors. Mark knew almost immediately after looking at them what was wrong and fixed them in short order. The doors open and close like they are supposed to and I can only imagine my electric bill will go down since I'm no longer heating and cooling the outside. Next the windows...Lets just say the window install was...unfinished. The trim 'using the word loosely' placed on the outside didn't seal the gap between the window and the brick and water was coming into my room every time it rained threatening to ruin my newly installed floor. You could see the Tyvex wrap around part of the windows in places. Mark, expertly wrapped the windows, evened out the trim so it looked like each window was custom and finished up with an amazingly precise caulk job against the brick and mortar joints that accentuated even more that he was an ultimate professional. To say that Mark (and Steve) are highly recommended is an understatement. I am extremely pleased with the level of professionalism and the standard of their work. I've already recommended them to my sister and will continue to do so to anyone who needs work done.- Sabrina S.

American Windows & SidingOver a period of five days (in the snow and cold) American Window Crews replaced all the siding, all the windows and sliding glass doors, put in new vinyl soffit, covered the front porch in vinyl and vinyl clad aluminum, replaced the gutters and downspouts, and covered all the windows and sills in vinyl clad aluminum. American Windows coordinated the removal of the windows with the installation of the new siding so everything was caulked and sealed properly. The window crew replaced the windows one room at a time, closing the door so heat loss was kept to a minimum. All the windows were done in one day, then the doors were done the next day. At the end of each day all of the American Windows' crews were very careful to clean up after themselves. All the crews were very very professional and took great care to ensure the impact of the work on my family was kept to a minimum. Their single goal seemed to be sure that I was satisfied the the product and service I received. Every time I had a question they unfailingly answered it to my satisfaction. When their was a problem, they resolved it. In fact, when there was a very slight problem with the fit of the doors, American Windows contacted Sunrise Windows, who flew a technical representative out to look at the doors. Instead of blaming the installers (Amercian Windows & Siding), the Sunrise team removed the door panels and reinstalled them to try to fix the problem. When that did not work, they ordered new panels for the doors! As a former builder I was very very impressed with the entire operation, from the professionalism of Mr. Ed Dunn to the willingness of Sunrise Windows to fix the problem NOT affix blame!
