Countryside Service IncI called Countryside Service for help with a clogged shower drain after another local company couldn’t resolve the issue. Jack came out for an estimate and followed my lead with COVID safety measures without a second thought or being asked. He was knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the issue below the ground level of my crawl space from a photo I took during a recent remodel when a section of floorboards above the drain were removed. Several feet of galvanized pipe and an outdated floor drain were replaced in tight quarters under the house. Jack showed me the old hardware and it was clear he made the right recommendation from the start. There was a misunderstanding about the amount I owed Jack for his work, which took less time and fewer people than indicated on his estimate; however Countryside Service takes their reputation for an honest price seriously and their team wasted no time resolving the conflict to my satisfaction in a very professional manner. At the end of the day it was clear that they are not in the business of taking advantage of their customers. I would certainly hire them again.- Jesse C.

Airstream Plumbing & Heating IncOutstanding and personalized service! When our baseboard heater failed one very cold morning, they offered to loan electric cube heaters in case a technician was unavailable that day. However Cory appeared within a couple hours, and immediately fixed the issue. He was very courteous and left no trace of his effort except a better functioning boiler. He pointed out other neglected boiler service items, cleaned and adjusted everything at a reasonable cost for the time and materials spent. The office manager also checked in to ensure we were warm and happy.- rob d.

Airstream Plumbing & Heating IncExcellent customer service!! Cory and Mike are the best!!! Cory had to hunt down parts and Mike stayed after hours to make sure we had hot water. A new part had to be ordered and Mike was able to convince manufacturer to warranty the part. We use Airstream for all of our heating, a/c and plumbing issues. Rescue 1 PlumbingChad came out and inspected old cooler. Quoted replacement with new Master Cool unit. Price was reasonable for the task (steep roof, two story). After getting other quotes I called him back to schedule. His crew came out on scheduled day and coordinated with crane crew to lift new unit to roof. Job went very smoothly. Price was as agreed upon. Good Work I hired this company previously to install a gas line in a crawl space. Similar experience.- Ronald Y.

Airstream Plumbing & Heating IncFound the problem quickly and fixed it within 1/2 hour. Impressed they wore booties over shoes so they didn't track in mud. Had new sink installed 3 mos ago, he didn't fasten disposal to sink correctly so it leaked every time disposal was run. Previous plumber phone disconnected so I called Airstream. I will never hire this company again. They didn’t pull the required permits and didn’t leak test the exhaust pipe on the furnace. The next day I started the furnace and one of my carbon monoxide detectors went off. I called the company and the owner who installed the furnace said no big deal and that it happens with new furnaces. I followed his instructions and changed some filters after opening windows and doors. The next morning I was awake and working from home when all my Carbon Monoxide detectors went off. I called the owner again and he had me climbing on the roof to check the vent pipe for birds nests and making all kinds of things for me to check. I did as he asked and asked him if they checked the vent pipe. He said, “we looked at it.” I told him I couldn’t find anything blocking the pipe outside and needed him to come back and look. He came back out and found that some rust inside the pipe caused blockages up to 50% of the pipe. When I asked him why he didn’t check the pipe or leak test it, he said, “sorry I don’t have X-ray vision to know something was wrong with your pipe. When I went in the crawl space myself to check it, there was rust on the joint and obvious that it could have leaks. He said the pipe needed to be replaced and would do it for a few thousand dollars. He could have killed me and didn’t really seem to care. Would never recommend this company.

I had used this company successfully 4 times in the past. This time I requested a quote online as always. The response came back from a company named Professional Auto Shippers with the same phone number as Executive Auto Shippers. They sent me a price and we set the first day of pickup as May 20. Understanding the 3 day pickup window, I got concerned late on the 21st. On a phone conversation I was promised someone would call me before the end of the day. That did not happen. The next day I called at about 10 AM because we had a 2 PM flight to return to Illinois. No answer or call back. We got in the car and made the drive back in 2 days. This morning I received information from the company and a truck driver that our car would be picked up sometime today, 7 days after the first pickup date. I told the driver we had already driven the car to Illinois. I doing a little research I learned apparently this company operates under several separate names, although the phone numbers are the same and the contact person, Ray Rodriguez is the same.

He was great- the door installs posed several problems as the original door was not set correctly. Dave was able to solve for everything, and the door looks great now, even though he had to remove and rebuild the door frame. He was very punctual, orderly, and experienced in solving problems. I quickly felt completely confident that the work would be done, and done correctly. He worked through my list at a good pace. Dave is also very pleasant, will definitely be calling again when my list builds up!
