I called the number in "Fruits", Co ( not sure where that is,) and the voice message said that it was full. So then I sent them a text asking if they could do some work in Wilson Ranch, and that was over 3 weeks ago and I have not heard from them since.

I started this business to provide customers with a service that will do the job correctly and efficiently. I believe people are tired of hearing, " I will be there tomorrow" and "tomorrow" never comes. I do the majority of the work I take on, my family pitches in as needed. I have a very supportive family and skilled in many ways.

We are an auto and equipment dealership, founded in 1943 that sells and services: GMC, Buick, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, John Deere, Kobelco, and Heston vehicles & equipment. Being a western Colorado company we pride ourselves on customer service from long time employees. Our staff is our strength with 65 people, many of whom have 10 or 20 or more years here.
Recent Review:
Provider was to fix electrical system causing taillights and turning lights to burn out in just a few days. Service people would not listen and kept the car 1 week 2 different times and did not fix the problem, just replaced bulbs which they were told would not fix the problem. Horribly responsive. Finally, after contacting sales agent who sold us 3 cars in the last 3 years, service manager Perry called and was responsive. His staff was still lax as we were told car ready at 1 PM and came and had to wait 2-3 hours before it was actually ready. I would use them again ONLY if Perry handles the service personally.

He did a great job. He came over within an hour and it turned out to be more complicated but he was fast. It's been sometime now since I've used him and it works great. I had no problem with what he charged. He was just so prompt. He was just so professional. He was polite and that impressed me.

I contacted R&D services to ask for an estimate on landscaping a rental property. We agreed on a date and time to meet at the property. We arrived early and waited. I phoned Jorge to ask if he was on his way, got no answer and he never showed, called or offered any explanation. It was a complete waste of time!

Duffys Outdoor Power EquipmentDuffys is GREAT!!! They came a picked up my mower, which was very helpful as both of my cars are not ideal for transporting a mower, and brought it back a week later. Apparently, the cap to where the oil goes was not closing securely, which in turn was causing the engine issues. While servicing the machine they also replaced a bent blade for me. The fact that they picked up and delivered my mower back to me was well worth what I paid for the mower to be serviced.- Whittney S.
