Apple RemodelingTed Fossett is an excellent contractor. He provided a reasonable budget, but if we wanted something different we would negotiate a change order. The crews that he brought on the job were all very competent and professional. The carpenter team was especially proficient and professional with a wide variety of skills. Airstream Plumbing & Heating IncThey tore out a shower and capped the drain and lines. Then installed sheetrock. Removed lavoratory, garden tub and built in double sink vanity and counter. They enclosed 3 windows, built a wall, ran new pipes, installed a 2 shower head system, one on either end of stall. Moved the tub drain to accomodate new 4ft by 5ft shower with bench. Removed combination medicine chest, light; and replaced with new fixtures I purchased. Reinforced walls for 3 grab bars. Added all kinds of valves and plumbing thingy's, Sheetrocked, textured. ( I chose to paint) Had house of marble install shower floor and 3 wall panels. (excellent service from them and superior product!!) Installed new lavoratory and new water line. installed new vanity, moved that drain line over to fit new vanity. It took 2 weeks start to finish. Including the wait time for the custom marble. George had my cell # and called me to let me know when they would be arriving, or if a different crew was coming etc. They were extremely clean, organized and fast. The people they have working for them are knowledgeable, friendly, (but not familiar) proffesionals. Dale and his construction guys were fantastic. My bathroom turned out so beautiully that I just had to have these Airstream guys come fix my ac; (which had been broken since the the last plumbers charged me a grand to have it break a week later, sorry no guarentees.) Larry fixed it for under $200 and its been going great for months now. I will never use anyone else again! Honest, dependable and inexpensive.- Jerry B.

The Tile MeisterThey were discontinuing the shower liner material that we chose so that reduced the price plus they honored an Angie's List coupon for a great overall discount. The work was scheduled around our schedule so that we were not overly inconvenienced and as promised they were able to accomplish the work in one day. They brought in heavy cloth tarps that they laid over our light colored hallway carpet so there was no dirt tracked in and out. While there had to be dust created when the tub and old shower surround was taken out they were able to keep it from spreading throughout the house and they didn't damage any of the walls or doors. At the end of the day they did do a pretty good job of cleaning up but I did have to use an air compressor to get dirt out of the hot water heat unit in the bathroom and the cabinets needed a good cleaning. I would suggest covering those with a heavy plastic if you are having the work done to minimize dirt getting into those 2 areas. Due to our having the shower ceiling also covered there was a lot of adhesive used so we did have a very strong odor to deal with for some time. Our bathroom does not have a window so running the vent fan and oscillating fans seemed to help. If you are susceptible to fumes spending the night elsewhere might be a consideration. Everyone who I worked with was professional and courteous. Our shower works like a charm and is really beautiful.- Cynthia R.

The Tile MeisterThe three installers took three days to complete all the work. They called each morning to let me know that they were minutes away. They were always on time and were extremely professional. I expected a lot more dust and mess but the crew was extremely neat and tidy leaving my house in great shape. I would recommend them highly to anyone. I would also recommend the Tube lights to anyone living in a dark house. They have made a tremendous difference and much better than skylights. We met with Grant Ketcham and designed a kitchen which would maximize storage and counter space. My wife selected the cabinets and countertop design she liked from Grant's suggestions. Grant finalized the design and we reviewed and approved the design prior to order. The cabinets and countertops arrived with no defects or damage or errors. The quality of the Medallion Gold cabinets is excellent. Installation went exactly as Grant's drawings depicted. Beautiful Kitchen.

He was great- the door installs posed several problems as the original door was not set correctly. Dave was able to solve for everything, and the door looks great now, even though he had to remove and rebuild the door frame. He was very punctual, orderly, and experienced in solving problems. I quickly felt completely confident that the work would be done, and done correctly. He worked through my list at a good pace. Dave is also very pleasant, will definitely be calling again when my list builds up!

A bunch of scammers. Skeptical that the positive reviews on here are real reviews. We scheduled an appointment for an estimate for replacing 2 small windows on the side of our house. The call to schedule the estimate took forever, and we never received any sort of confirmation that they said they would send. Their "marketing director" came and told us there was a special "marketing campaign" going on and we would be able to get a big discount if we let them use our house as part of their campaign. Despite the fact that we only wanted 2 windows replaced, they proceed to look at the whole house and pushed hard to get us to consider changing all the windows. It ended up taking almost 2 hours in total during a work day, and they wanted us to sit down with them for 4 MORE HOURS to discuss more details about the "marketing opportunity". Lots of pushy and unscrupulous tactics used. After a quick Google search, realized they pull this same stunt on many poeple. Stay far away from this company.
