Provided options (e.g. repair vs replacement) and costs related to both, did not push the higher cost replacement option even though initially I had thought might be the way to go given the age of my unit. Monument Garage DoorAfter damaging my garage door by closing it on top of a trash bin, I called Monument Garage Door. I spoke to Ryan and explained the damage. The next morning he arrived at *:15 am to assess the damage. Ryan saved me approximately $500.00 because he was able to replace a broken glass window, straighten the crushed panel and had the door in working order the very next day. Monument Garage DoorThe installation went very well. The opener was 18 years old and the internal parts had given up the ghost. The parts were completely worn down and needed replacing. We were told that nothing else needed replacing. It took 30 minutes to do the job. Garage door works very well now. We highly recommend Monument Garage Door We had a couple of other estimates and they wanted to replace other parts at a lot more money.- Nancy D.

Jolly Construction IncHe was very professional. He responded quickly. He called me back immediately if there was any issues. He had everything scheduled as soon as possible. I went into my garage door and he was there the same day making sure that the garage door was fine. He was very responsive. He does all kinds of remodeling to new construction. We were very pleased with him. He's going to refinish our hardwood floors in the fall and we are already talking to him to do this. He actually built our house and he has continued doing things at our house. He's going to start remodeling work in two weeks time for a friend of mine. I personally did not use this business(Thank god) but I am posting this for my 81 year old mother who recently became a widow of a Veteran. I say that because they proudly say "Veteran Owned" on their website and this review will show you they could care less. I did however deal with them many times trying to rectify this issue. The following is a copy/paste of exactly what was put into the complaint that was filed on the Federal Trade Commissions website as well as the local BBB complaint. This company had provided a service contract for the year 2020, they made their final inspection of AC and furnace on 24 Dec 2020. At which time they proceeded to pressure my 81 year old recently widowed mother, yes this is her son making this complaint. They charged her $448.30 for the annual contract which only included one trip visit. My mother sent an email to the company within hours saying she did not want the service and to cancel the contract. On 26 Dec 2020 their office was contacted and verified they did receive the email and would process the cancellation. First off the contract was in my deceased fathers name which they changed after sometime. This contract as per the Federal Trade Commissions (FTC) website is cancelable, it even goes as far to say they could take up to 10 days to refund the money. Most know this law as a cooling off period or the 72 hour writer rescission rule, regardless, this should have been over from the start but this company took it on themselves to take their bottom line into consideration above the consumer. Funny thing if you read on their website they talk about the customer and even go as far as saying they are a Veteran Owned company which I doubt since they were screwing over a veteran’s widow. I have spoke with Sean Poole(SVC MGR) numerous times and every time Sean said they were processing the refund. My mother did submit a dispute to her credit card company (Chase Credit card services). On 22 Jan 2021 Sean Poole said the refund was approved for the full amount. In my opinion, this should have never gotten to Chase credit cards, it should have been refunded immediately by One Source Home Service as per the FTC's website and guidelines. One source will not speak with us at all now and said it's a done deal. I called their main office number and requested to speak with Dustin Hood, the site MGR. The gal said she would send him an email and he would call me. Later the same day I called back saying I never heard from Dustin and the gal who answered the phone was the same one I spoke with earlier. Her response from Sean Poole was," yeah, ain't gonna happen, case closed" This company claims to be a Veteran owned company which I highly doubt, they were bought out by Air Pros out of Florida recently. I can't believe they would treat an 81 year old veteran widow this way, this is borderline elder abuse! BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY, “ONE SOURCE HOME SERVICE” They have only one agenda and one bottom line and it’s not yours!!! A report was filed with the Federal Trade Commission and soon with the Better Business Bureau as well as reviews in several sites. I’m really not sure how a company in this day and age is still in business with the horrible ethics of this company. I would run the other way before doing business with ONE SOURCE HOME SERVICE, they are terrible and pray on the elderly!!!

Horrible. We paid Dan Scott however he not only ‘disappeared’ midway through the job, but he never paid his subs.. despite claiming he had. The work he had done was subpar. He even had his 14 yr old son doing the work. Many mistakes and sloppy work. Awful remodel experience. No attention to detail. Save your money and hire actual professionals to do your remodel project.
