Cincinnati Heating and Air Conditioning is our #1 HVAC contractor. No question. We have a Carrier Geothermal system which was installed several years ago. It developed a major defect which is rare for these systems. Usually a system like ours should last at least 30 years with no major issue. We hired initially hired another HVAC company to inspect our unit. The tech from the other company clearly had no idea what he was doing. We decided to look for another HVAC inspector. We called up Cincinnati HVAC. They responded in a timely manner and even better, they actually knew what they were doing. Elliot was able to isolate the problem & provided helpful insight on the best way to work with the original contractor with whom we have the warranty for repairs. Cincinnati HVAC will be the first company we call in the future. Don’t waste your time like we did by calling another HVAC company. These guys actually know what they are doing.

Jacob did a great job of checking out our home air conditioning unit and keeping us informed along the way. He added some Puron and did a couple of other things. I felt the bill was reasonable. We had something come up a few weeks later so he came back within hours of us contacting Reupert. He checked a few more things, made one more adjustment and the AC is now working great. The service was so good that I'm telling others about my experience.

Schneller Knochelmann Plumbing Heating AirA very committed company right from the get go. Sales consultant was very knowledgeable, courteous and listened to my needs. The solution made sense. The installation team was clearly well experienced and capable, adjusting to the constraints of my house but not sacrificing at all on quality. The only minor hiccups were understandable. After arriving and evaluating the situation they didn't have the electric filter size they were going to use in stock and they did scratch a door trying to squeeze my old condenser unit through my house (I have no outside access to the unit and they were forced to go through the house). Even then, this company lives up to its end and is evaluating how to make things right when it comes to the missing part and minor damage.- Michael S.
