Recent Review: I had multiple issues with toilets and sinks. First, Patty was very easy to work with, regarding scheduling, and was cheerful about rescheduling when a first appointment didn't work out (my phone's fault; they couldn't reach me). Victor came (to San Mateo) and did a great job. He was very good about pointing out cheaper alternatives in case I wanted to use them, and great at fixing toilet and sink when I had decided. I will definitely use EJ Plumbing again.

Recent Review: Perfect! This was my first time using them, but I will again. First of all, they answered the phone when I called after only one ring. Liking them very much. Second, they said they could send someone right away. I am in love with them by this point. Then their plumber, Enrique, actually did arrive right away. He was polite, professional, and clearly capable. He not only repaired the clog but also re-corked the toilet when he replaced it. He made sure I understood all of the charges. I received a substantial discount because I was an Angie's List member. Before finding them, my toilet sat clogged for 2 days because my usual plumber kept arranging a time to repair it and not showing up. Duncan Plumbing's responsiveness is very much appreciated! Absolutely will call them again.
